They gave me a great price on a knee wall for my modular home and a deck once the house was placed. they worked with me on the timing and had great quality work the modular company was impressed with the quality as well and even went out of there way to mention it. Definitely recommend for any of your contruction/ carpentry needs from little projects to big projects they have your back on price and quality.

I would never want anyone to go through what we did with Patriot Home Improvement. Dan Rehmer (owner) is a nice guy, but he lacked the experience needed for our home renovation. Our renovation included bathroom renovations, replacing kitchen countertops as well as replacing flooring and full interior painting. A majority of the sub contractors he hired to do work at our home were not experienced and the tile work in our bathrooms was sub par to say the least. Dan did not properly oversee our project which meant that the poor work done by the sub contractors went undetected until my husband and I brought it to Dan's attention. As you can imagine, this caused many other problems with the renovation. Lack of communication was also a problem. Communication with Dan was great until our project fell behind schedule and then it became very difficult to get Dan to return phone calls, texts, and/or emails. Our project fell 5 months behind schedule. In the end, we fired Patriot Home Improvement due to poor workmanship and hired a different contractor. Lesson learned.

We’ve had multiple great experiences with Dan and his team. Everything from basic trim work to a complete kitchen demo/renovation, he and his crew come highly recommended! They are courteous, prompt and diligent in all that they do producing superior quality results!
