Josh and his crew are unbelievable, they came out in less then a weeks notice and cleaned my chimney that has been neglected for years,
They still charged me their flat rate and I’m sure I couldn’t have found anyone to do the filthy major job they did for any price even close,

Josh was professional and quick got us a quote for fabulous price Plus he really knows his job. Great guy I recommend him you’ll recommend him after you use him very reasonable.

It’s like pulling teeth to get them to actually do the work you paid for. Not worth the energy. Took them over 2 months to do a simple repair and now 9 days after the work was done the pile of garbage they left on the side of our house is still there after they said someone would come get it in 24-48 hours.
Only reason I’m not giving them a 1 star is they did fine work, but you have to be ready to call/harass them to get them to do anything.

Josh came in and took care of the issues quickly and thoroughly. Will definitely be calling again for their services.

Josh and his crew were professional, responsive and thorough in their service. We had an unfortunate mishap with work previously done by a different company. Josh and his crew were able to schedule us in quickly, making considerations for our timeframe- and remedy the problem in a resourceful and effective way. We recently met so that he could go through a personal training in Chimney care and fireplace care with our property manager to ensure hours of safe and memorable times around our fireplace. I would recommend Josh and his team for their honest assessments and skilled labor.

My experience with Patriot Chimney was superb!! Joshua was very prompt and responsive to any questions or concerns from the beginning to end. I called to have my chimney cleaned. On his arrival he brought to my attention that the chimney was unsafe to use due to a chimney fire that occurred last spring 2020. He called me onto my roof to take a look for myself and indeed, I could see some damage inside my chimney. He told me what to expect when reporting the information to my insurance, and offered to assist with any questions they may have. He also supplied me with the necessary pictures and details for review by my insurance company to get approval. Upon receiving the photos and scope of work, the insurance waved their own inspection and approved the work that had to be completed to make the chimney safe to use again. The cost of the repairs was very reasonable and completed in a timely manner. Would I hire and recommend Patriot Chimney again? Without a doubt! Absolutely!!! Five ⭐️’s for me!
