We just had an entire new flat roof put on our house in Albuquerque. We had a very good experience with Patrick Donnelly Roofing. Here are a few of the reasons: His bid was a littler lower than most of the bids we solicited. He started when he said he would. His crew did a good job keeping the job site clean and did a good job cleaning up when they were done. He re-framed, re-mounted, and resealed our skylights. Sloping the roof required adding 1 to 4 inches of rigid foam insulation. The house is easier to heat now. We have had a couple of rains since he finished, and the new roof has not leaked! I highly recommend him!
