We were very cautious in our search for a home builder. We researched every local company we could, meeting with several, until we found Parry Custom Homes. From the very beginning, we felt like we were "home." Danielle and Tara were instrumental in cheerfully guiding us through creating truly custom plans until we got everything we wanted and more, all while keeping us within budget. They really got us excited about our future home! Staci was a great guide in choosing details throughout the planning process. Jon was fun to work with and had some great ideas as we worked through our floor plan. Brian walked us through some very tricky issues we had with our land (we own our own land, and really had little understanding of how everything was going to work out!) Joe was our main contact and overseer of our build. Talk about a great guy! Joe communicated with us regularly and was always eager to answer any questions we had, and kept us up to speed on every step of our build. If he didn't have an answer, he'd find someone who did. Rex tied up any and all loose ends to make move in day the best day ever! Any issue that came up, Parry handled it professionally and quickly. Justin was very knowledgeable and helped us to understand certain aspects of our build. All of the subcontractors we met throughout our build were courteous and cleaned up after their work was done. The workmanship and details of our new home are top notch and we truly couldn't be happier! We truly feel we made the BEST decision when we chose Parry Custom Homes!
