I had to pick up an order, I called early to confirm my order and man said system was down at the moment, told him I was 2 hours away. when arrived the store was closed. I can't believe really bad service. By things like this online companies turn stronger every day and trades like this goes every day down

I had picked up a truck load of granite monuments in Mt. Airy and needed a good, sturdy ratchet strap tie down for the ride back to Amherst County.
As soon as I walked in the door the customer service was incredible. I had a great selection to choose from and pricing was in line with any major box store.

Bought building supplies for project the cost was a little higher than Lowe's but better quality. Didn't have to pick threw the lumber to find straight 2x4s
