I had to pick up an order, I called early to confirm my order and man said system was down at the moment, told him I was 2 hours away. when arrived the store was closed. I can't believe really bad service. By things like this online companies turn stronger every day and trades like this goes every day down

I had picked up a truck load of granite monuments in Mt. Airy and needed a good, sturdy ratchet strap tie down for the ride back to Amherst County.
As soon as I walked in the door the customer service was incredible. I had a great selection to choose from and pricing was in line with any major box store.

Bought building supplies for project the cost was a little higher than Lowe's but better quality. Didn't have to pick threw the lumber to find straight 2x4s

Great place to find your building supplies. They are really lowes' competition. We have found quite alot of items alot cheaper than lowes' hardware. The best part they are local business. I love the fact the staff is there to help you find what you need. They are very nice and helpful. Keep up the good work. Check them out for your building needs.
