Parker Rose Custom Homes

It has taken me quite a while to write my review for Parker Rose - mostly because it is a mixed review. We started our home building journey with David James Homes. Yes we were impacted by the bankruptcy and yes we were cautious when we were approached by Parker Rose to finish our build. We were aware that the individuals who were running Parker Rose were also involved with David James. Having all of this information, we made the decision to sign our contract with Parker Rose and also to make sure we stayed involved with the build.

Overall, my husband and I are quite satisfied with our home. Were there problems with our home build - you betcha. Were the problems addressed - Yes. I don't believe it is reasonable to expect that a home build will happen with no issues.

Our major issue with the home build was the length of time it took to frame the house. It took about 10 weeks for the house to be framed after the basement was set. Rusty was out on site almost every day to try lighting a fire under the contractors to speed up the framing but nothing seemed to work. We absolutely do not hold the framing time against Parker Rose - it is one of those things people have to take into consideration when building a home, things just happen that are beyond anyone's control.

Without a doubt Rusty was the glue that held our project together. Little things (both big and small) came up throughout the house build that needed attention and we would call Rusty and he would drive out, take a look and handle it.

We have been in our forever home for almost 6 months now and could not be happier. If we had it to do all over again, (knowing what we know now), we would still sign with Parker Rose Custom homes. I wish nothing but the best for these guys. Rusty, Bill and Clark seem like a good team and hopefully Parker Rose will continue to grow!

I couldn’t have asked for a better home builder! They listen to everything I wanted and delivered more than I expected! My house was built and I was moved in within less than 5 Months! Clark, Bill and Rusty did a BEAUTIFUL JOB!! They made sure everything was perfect and the way I wanted it! They built my “FOREVER HOME”!

Parker Rose Construction is the gold standard to General Contractor’s . My wife and I have had a seamless and professional experience . Parker Rose definitely spells pride with their workmanship . Highly recommend .
