Parker Brothers Roofing

Parker Brothers Roofing stuck with us even when our insurance company tried to deny our claim several times. Roof and gutters were all replaced and look great. Lenny talked us through the whole process and they even made sure that we added ventilation since what the builder originally installed was insufficient. I would recommend Parker Brothers for your roof replacement to anyone that asks.

Parker Brothers Roofing are one of the best roofing contractors that I have ever dealt with. I meet Ryan at the home show and we discussed my gutter issues. I left my name and he came to see me the next. I explained what I was after, we discussed it and he wrote me an estimate. I accepted 2 days later and the following week they were installing. The installers were very nice and extremely professional. There was a couple of unusual things we were doing I explained and they made it happen.
Throughout all of the process everyone was nice and friendly. I'll look to them first for my next home project.

Parker Bros is the best. Cait was our project manager for our roof damage claim. She was great to work with. Cait answered any question we had and handled everything and kept a check on the work being done and us informed. Once we had an agreement with Parker Bros to do the work, Cait handled everything between the insurance company and them. She made it a very pleasant experience. The crews were awesome. professional and took pride in there work and made sure we were completely satisfied. They are my go to company now and in the future. Highly recommend them, if you want quality at a reasonable price.

He showed me the products his company offered. They gave me notice when the work would be performed a week ahead. The quality of the work was excellent. They cleaned around the house. Just completed our third roof replacement project - all with Parker Brothers. One in 1999 - yes, the May 3rd tornado - one in 2008 - yes another major storm. Every time we've been more than satisfied. This time Ryan Novak worked with us throughout, helping with the claim, the estimate, and completion. We love the new roof color and Ryan matched up the gutter colors to our trim color perfectly. The job was completed precisely on the timelines we needed to work around company, vacation, etc. Our fourth roof will also be a Parker Brothers roof!

Follow up - - during the recent windstorm we had a turbine vent come loose. Contacted the office to let them know and acknowledged that they probably had a bunch of houses with more damage than ours. However, they contacted Ryan Novak who was at our house within an hour. The guys came the next morning and installed a new one - - that's service that is reassuring!
