We traded in our used travel trailer and purchased a newer previously owned travel just about a week and a half before 4th of July. When they state they will do something, they do it (example: they discovered something was wrong with the water heater and they said they would take care of it before handing the trailer over to us and they did just that); they also make sure everything else was in working order too; they answered all questions, and they were very friendly and helpful too. Furthermore, they stated that if we needed anything to contact them for questions and any help, which I will be doing soon on one thing I discovered that they brought up about when we first looked at before we signed the paperwork and the problem is still there with the trailer. It isn't a huge deal and it's not a major problem either, they probably just forgot about it but I do want to talk to them about it. Just we literally been camping back to back lately with it so once we slow down I'll contact them about it.... But All and all; great experience buying a travel trailer through them and I would suggest them to other people.

Heading west in a rented RV we ended up stopping in Gillette unexpectedly due to weather. We found an issue with the RV slide and needed a new motor for it. Finding this part was a LONG SHOT and we knew it. Susie and Randy were AMAZING to work with. Their knowledge and customer service was beyond expected! Highly recommend!!

My family got stranded in Gillette because of a couple bent axles. Called Eastside that night left a message and got on their website to ask if they could help. I got a confirmation email in the morning prior to opening and a phone call while I was on their property asking if I had been helped. Amazing customer service. When we arrived I spoke with a nice lady in the office who politely told me that they could not fix my issue but directed me to a couple businesses that could. She sent me on my way with a lanyard and key chain and let me know they could help me with anything else if needed. They were more than happy to answer any questions I had and were quick to get me back on the road. Great people, and a great business. I can't comment on any service provided because none was but either way, if I am ever passing through Gillette these would be the people I would call.

The service department and the owner was very helpful and willing to help us out with our water heater. I am so grateful for the folks here and their willingness to troubleshoot our problems while we were traveling through. I would highly recommend using them for service or next purchase. Other businesses in town wanted to charge $175.00 minimum to help us with our problem.

Susie, in the parts dept., is a real Sherlock Holmes for obscure RV parts. I had wind damage to a trailer awning. Other places told me it was obsolete and I needed to renew major components. But all that broke were two small attachment hooks. Susie found 'em aftermarket on the web. Saved me over $1,200. Thanks Susie!!

Gave us a great price, explained the service for our RV and future things to consoder, family owned and operated, and very nice/great people working there and kept us on the road. Highly recommend.

The people at Eastside Motors and Rv are the most helpful group of people I have encountered in forever. They explained things so I could understand it, ( that was alot) looked up parts and recalls . And thanks to Susie she found our fireplace had a recall. She rocks. Living 100 miles for Eastside motors is well worth the drive. They have a nice selection of rv parts , even fenders. Amazing.

Needed a sail switch for our rv. I could not find one within my local area so called Eastside motors and they had what I needed and even brought it to me on their way through an hour and a half away. Got our heater working again!! Can’t thank them enough!!! Highly recommend them!!

Cannot adequately express how much the team at Eastside Motors and RVs helped us out while we were on a road trip. From helping us with the parts we needed to advising on the DIY repair itself. Went for advice to fix a water heater issue. Staff spent their time going through DIY options. Offered to send someone to my campsite nearby to help if I ran into problems, well, I did. At 4:15 in the afternoon I found I could not make the repair, called
Eastside, manager called back in minutes and was sending their tech. Scott showed up surveyed what was needed and made the repair and got hot water going for us again. No more cold shower! They were awesome!

Our experience at east side can be described as nothing more than excellent with every encounter. There was no pressure to buy but there was always someone around when we had questions. We purchased our unit in March of this year, and we are still able to contact and stop by with any issues and questions. We will continue to support this small town business.

By Far the Best Experience I have ever had!. I had purchased a Toy Hauler from an INDEPENDENT party. Needless to say the roof was damaged, and I was unaware. I was referred to Eastside RV for an estimate. They not only blew the competition away with the estimate, but they also far exceeded, my expectations of service and commitment. I live in Colorado and it was an easy decision to make the drive. I cannot thank Randy and Susie enough. you have a lifelong customer and true friend! Thank you , Thank you, Thank you!

Had an appointment for 10 am on the 9th to have an estimate done. Sat there from 950am to 1130 am and no one showed up. Watched 4 customers pull into parts department and pull away. Had to find another dealer to do estimate since it was the second time no one showed

Recently purchased a used 5th wheel, the deal went so smooth with no high pressure sales and the service after the sale was awesome. They went through the entire camper and checked and took care of any issues that they found. Could not have asked for anything better. We had a problem with our hitch and stabilizer jacks while traveling from out of state on a Saturday. Eastside Motors popped up on our Google search. They told us to come right in, even though they were about to close and only had 1 tech at work. They were so accommodating and helpful. Put our minds at ease and worked with our extended warranty. Were even available to answer questions after we had moved on to our next adventure. We can't say enough wonderful things about the owners and ALL of the staff.

The employees at East Side RV are amazing. I was having thermostat problems in 90 degree weather and they fixed me right up. Great service and great people!!

We got caught in a huge wind storm going toward Devils Tower and our whole underbelly was blown off. We were not sure how we would get back to our home in Michigan. East Side got us in the next morning and had it fixed by early afternoon. They saved us!!!! Thank you to everyone there that helped us out!!!

This business does horrible work, they were going to do a top to bottom inspection on my camper did bother fixing leak under camper, outside plug in gets so hot have to wear gloves to unplug it after 2hrs, left wood shavings and hand prints in side my cabinets and on walls, did fix other items that we talked about. I will have to basically redo everthing i payed them $1900 dollars to do and it took them a month to fix almost nothing... Take your camper somewhere else and save the headache people.

Amazing service, not to mention the hospitality. Busy shop but made the time for us. Thanks for squeezing us in all the all way from Nevada. Kudos for all that you do for your customers on your busy schedules!. Definitely will recommend you to all family and friends passing thru! God bless!!

Damage to my Class A was $4,774 from Insurance. I am repairing my self. Was here to day to get some things I would like to of had before we get back to AZ as we been on the road 3 months now. We full time RVs. I guessing they didn't see me in there parts store as I waited and listened to all the talk bout someone hoping to move in there house bout month. I just Hate it when people do PR while people are waiting. My family lives in these parts or I not stop in this town. When I came here there were nothing build below Interstate 90 no Mc Donald eather. Just a note to the shop, Your not the only RV store in this world.

My motor home slide was stuck. Eastside took it in and promptly fixed the issue. So I could continue to enjoy the FMCA rally in Gillette. Thank you Eastside!

My wife and I were traveling in northeast Wyoming when our RV refrigerator failed. Eastside Motors' service department was very helpful in diagnosing the problem over the phone. Unfortunately they did not have the part in stock for our model of refrigerator. Nor did the mfg of the refrigerator. But Eastside did provide me with the mfg part number of the part so I could search for it myself. I appreciate their care and concern.If they would have stocked the part, they were prepared to work me into their shop on short notice. I appreciate their effort to aid us.

Great people in both sales and service! After the sale, we have received excellent service and attention to our questions both big and small. Allen, in the Service Department, always returns our phone calls and is patient and understanding with all our concerns. He addresses our concerns with solutions and has gone the extra mile to drive to our location to check out the issue. The Parts Department is as good as their word in ordering parts or accessories for us and their pricing is fair. Everyone is cheerful and never make us feel stupid! Eastside Motors and RVs sales, service and parts are excellent! Highly recommended!

I was working in Gillette for the day and had furnace issues , called and asked if they could help me out. They were very helpful and were able to fix it and get me on my way. This was all done in no time and without an appointment. Great experience

Maybe it's me. Where I come from I can't get help. Maybe it looks like I'm not approachable, Maybe it's because I am old, fat and ugly. Maybe I'm invisible. But I can be standing in an aisle at Home Depot, Lowe's, Walmart or any other place of business that is willing to take my money looking for something and have a store clerk pass by me without acknowledging me or asking if they could be of assistance. Over the years I've gotten used to it. But while on our vacation we had an incident last night that put us out and was rather inconvenient. This morning I got up and went to Eastside Motors and RV in Gillett Wyoming and was treated to the kind of service that I am not used to. The people here listen to me, looked me in the eye when they talk to me, actually socialized, we're very helpful and helped come to a solution to our problem. Thank you to Phil and his associates at Eastside Motors and RV.

We purchased a camper from a private party and were looking to get setup for the 4th of July. The service department was able to take time and go over the ins and out of my new to me camper and also install a solar charging system. I can't Express how grateful I am and when it comes time... I will not shop anywhere else for our next camper!!!

Meet the owner in Buffalo and talked to him and gave him a pair of gloves to dump his RV, what a pleasant guy to visit with. I would go in when I'm ready to buy.

Although they couldn't help with the repair of my specific problem, they were willing to take the time to help me locate another dealer/repair shop in town who could.

Stopped in cuz steps wouldn't retract fully and was having problems with water heater. They were really booked, but took time to help us so we could get on the road again very nice people.

Randy and Tim helped us out. We needed some new batteries on our trip from Indianapolis to Bend, OR. Not only did they get us the batteries, when we needed a new connection made they drove us down to the local Napa and got us back. Also stayed open an hour past closing to make sure we were good.

Absolutely amazing and so kind! We have a hybrid travel trailer and we were getting tossed around traveling from the Denver area to Miles City Mt. During the trip we had a mishap with an hidden and illplaced clearance bar that resulted in roof damage and antenna damage. We called them from Douglas, Wy to see if they could at least install an anti-sway system. They were ready for us the minute we pulled in. They fixed up the roof damage got our anti sway system installed and had us on our way in just over an hour. The nicest group of people you could ever encounter. Thank you everyone for helping us out and turning our trip around.

Our propane stopped working while on a trip from Kansas City to Alaska. I stopped at Eastside and they were very helpful. A Tech even took time to help me make sure I did need a new regulator. We were able to make the repair and get back on the road.
