I have to go a little over-the-top about Randy and his willingness to go over-the-top for us. As usual, our insurance company was dragging their feet, low balled us, yada yada. And, as much as I love shoving red hot pokers in my eyes, I do not like dealing with insurance tomfoolery. Knowing, if you don't speak their language, you ain't gettin' jack.
Well, Randy speaks their language and mine. He took the ball and ran with it. He kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and I got to focus on the rest of life daily struggles.
Needless to say, any time I need something done to my roof... easiest decision phone call to make.

These guys did a fantastic job, top to bottom. They started when they said they would, kept my yard clean during the replacement, and finished the job faster than they promised. Randy, walked me through the process and helped me better understand some things about my insurance policy as well.

Noticed water leaks on my ceiling over the weekend. I message Parish Roofing Solutions on Memorial Day expecting to hear back on Tuesday. However Randy messaged me back very fast the same day. Randy came down to give me a quote on Tuesday & repaired my roof Wednesday before we had a heavy storm that night. I can't recommend this place enough. Great service here in Allen!

Randy (Parish Roofing) was responsive and immediate when I called him to come out and look at my roof. Randy not only worked with the insurance claim adjuster but, he also identified possible water damage issues in parts of the house that became problems are after major storms hit our area. Once the approvals were complete and the work began, his crew finished the job in less than 10 hours. Happy to say the roof looks fantastic and I have no leaks. Great Job Randy and Team!!!

Was having a small leak in my garage and had Parish Roofing come out to inspect the roof. Randy arrived on time and was very professional! Inspected the roof and found out that the issue was a bad seal along the edge. Repaired it right on the spot! It just rained the other day and no more leaking! Also got great drone images of my roof and showed areas that might need repaired in the future. Would highly recommend!!

Randy at Parish Roofing Solutions was excellent to work with from beginning to end. He helped us file the hail damage claim with the insurance company, worked through the proposal process, providing a competitive bid to replace and paint the soffit, facia and siding, and replace the asphalt shingles and decking. Both teams that replaced the soffit and facia and the guys to strip the roof and replace the shingles were on time, did an excellent job and left the house and yard cleaner than when they arrived.

Randy communicated (through phone calls, emails and texts) throughout the process, explaining everything thoroughly. I highly recommend Randy and Parish Roofing and would definitely use them again.

Parish Roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof and repairing damage inside from a leak. Randy and his team were very professional and took extreme care not to damage any of the plants and rose bushes that surround our home. They also did an excellent job cleaning up after the job was finished. My neighbor had a roof replaced a few years ago and our yard was littered with debris. Parish Roofing on the other hand cleaned all debris from our roof replacement. I would highly recommend Parish Roofing to anyone.

I contacted Angi’s List for a recommendation for roof repair. Multiple people contacted me right away but Randy respected my wishes and was less aggressive than the other contractors. He offered to come out and do my inspection, sent tons of pictures, and came back when the insurance adjuster arrived to ensure nothing was missed. He explained the process every step of the way, gave me all to get HOA approval quickly and has been responsive to all my inquiries, regardless of the time of day. I recommended him right away to a neighbor and friend who also had storm damage. He took care of her needs as well! I have been extremely pleased with the attention he gave to my family’s home and the consideration for myself, children and furry babies. We live in California and we’re unable to go to Fort Worth to take care of the roof after a severe hailstorm hit our rental house. Randy Parish called us and told us exactly what we needed to do and what he would do for us. He took care of all the insurance for us. All we had to do was send the insurance checks. We had a delay due to a lost check but he said that was okay and he waited. The work was done earlier than expected and the site was cleaned up after the roof was installed. He sent us pictures of the roof before and after the work was completed. Very nice to deal with, very professional and kept us informed about everything. My roof is 7 years old and over that time I’ve seen PLENTY of hail storms. So figured it was time to have a professional take a look and see how much it was going to cost me. Keeping in mind I know nothing about roofs! Randy came out quick, and did a detailed review of the entire roof. Surprisingly after he finished and gave me the report that I was in good shape and no need to replace! I never thought a company would say anything besides “ yes it needs replaced”. He went over additional insight which was helpful. I definitely plan to call him again next time we get some bad hail storm knowing it’s free to look and he will be honest with me!

I was in rather serious and urgent need of roof replacement, and was prepared to deal with getting taken advantage of. Not only was my need urgent, but we're in the middle of skyrocketing prices for materials, and I have some experience dealing with this notoriously shady industry.

I am very happy with my experience with Parish. I got a very competitive estimate from them, and Randy's responsiveness and straightforward communications made it clear to me that I was dealing with a straight shooter. The entire process from initial communication took about 10 days, and the results are excellent. There were a few minor issues that we had to deal with, but Randy got in front of them quickly. Quite pleased.

Randy and his team replaced our old fence with a beautiful board on board (pre-stained board) along with a border on top, 2 gates and a perfectly level fence! Randy's cheerful, can-do personality, along with being an overall great guy made our decision so easy even though we got multiple offers. He was quick to respond either by text or email. We had our old fence taken down, and the new one put up while we are out of the country, that's how easy Randy made it and made us feel very confident in his word. Thank you Randy and team! We got hit by a major storm here in Fort Worth late August and we called on Parrish Roofing Solutions to be our GC for all the various damage repairs we had to deal with. Randy did an awesome job finding and managing crews for each project. For one project he called to let me know there'd be a slight delay as he didn't like the answers he got on costs from the first group and wanted to get another opinion. He put in the extra effort to find the best crew for the best price for each repair. Randy consistently answered calls, and when he didn't he was prompt in prompt in replies to voice mail, texts, or emails. He worked directly with our insurance, and made the entire recovery process after our storm so much less stressful. 100% will call again.
