Our new roof looks amazing! Paramount was very easy to work with from start to finish! They communicated with us about every detail from dealing with the insurance company to the end of the new roof being installed. Their workmanship is A+, even down to the cleanup. Paramount just finished replacing all our windows (23) and we are completely satisfied with the finished product. From the initial meeting where Will presented us a quote until the final installation day, the company met and surpassed all our requirements to include cost, communication, and expert tradecraft. Before reaching out to Paramount, we sought out 3 window quotes from “big name” companies. Paramount’s quote was by far the most reasonable by at least 10k. Additionally and perhaps the their best quality, other than great workmanship and ethics, was their willingness to adjust the project parameters as our needs changed. We were drawn to Paramount because of the 5-star rating, and we will continue to use them because of that actual 5-star customer service and workmanship. We reached out to Paramount to fix a hole in our roof, abate our asbestos siding, and install new siding. Given that we live in a competitive area where all contractors probably provide high quality work and products, what sets Paramount apart is their customer service and attention to detail.

The crew working on our house was extremely professional. They answered every question and fulfilled all requests we had throughout the process. Although the crew was amazing and trustworthy, we had one of the owners come out to our house and give us an update on the progress everyday. Paramount was extremely communicative and flexible throughout the whole process.

I can’t give them enough praise. If you need any work done on your home, give them a call before anyone else. The pricing is fair, they’re honest, they provide high quality service, and honestly are an unmatched company!

Just had my roof replaced and I’m extremely pleased with how the project went, start to finish. After I explained some of the issues with my existing roof, Will gave me different options I had to fix those issues and supplied me with estimates almost immediately. The work was scheduled quickly and the job was done in a day. The crew were efficient and very clean. I will be using Paramount again soon to have my gutters replaced.

We love our new roof from Paramount Roofing. We chose them because there was no high pressure from their sales rep and project manager, Will McDonald. They offered the best materials currently on the market at a fair price, and they could get our roof done in a timely manner. The cost of everything was clearly explained and detailed upfront in our written estimate. Will promised that the job would be done right, with no cutting of corners, and it was! Workers were not simply dropped off to do their thing. Will was here nearly the entire time and the owner Darrin came as well to meet us and stayed through the removing of all of our old roofing materials and inspection of the bare wood timbers. Pictures were taken and shown to us, so we could clearly see what boards needed to be replaced before the new roof was added. All workers were respectful of our property, and did a great job cleaning up afterward.
Thank you Paramount. I fully believe that our new roof will last well over 30 years like the last one did. It pays in the long run not to skimp on materials and quality workmanship.

I'm renting, so I can't speak to much on the side of a home owner, but this company is amazing. The home owner had an issue with the roof and contacted these guys and although they were very busy the last week due to the time of year and rainy season we are having, they were open, honest, and clear with their communication the whole way. They took the time to diagnose a potential issue with the roof and contacted the owner yet again to go over the options. If I owned this home, I would have these guys do my roof repair every time.

Just had paramount replace the roof on my newly purchased home. Really enjoyed working with Will on the project he was communicative, punctual, overall really easy to work with and made everything clearly understandable. They showed up at 7:00am and were done with the whole project just after 11:00am. New roof looks fantastic and the pricing was great. I can honestly recommend these guys to anyone

So Will and his team renovated our entire downstairs of our split foyer after a plumbing flood in our house. They had to gut the bedroom, closet, bathroom, family room and storage room and replace with new drywall, flooring, crown molding and painting of walls and ceilings. In addition, they installed a new toilet, vanity, bathtub and new shower walls and all the fixtures. The entire project has turned out great and we are very happy with it. We would recommend them for both indoor and outdoor projects and would use them again!!!

Darren, Will, and their team replaced my townhomes roof. The communication was excellent and the price was fair. They completed the install in an afternoon. I would recommend Paramount Roofing and I would use them again if I need another roof in the future.

Needed a new roof but got so much more! So grateful for paramount. With any home project, I always get 3 estimates but they were the exception. They gave me a fantastic deal and were so kind to get me help with all the repairs that needed to be done around the house. It was truly a one stop shop. So happy I went with Paramount. It was so smooth start to finish with great updates and pictures in between. Communication was exceptional. I felt like they really went above and beyond in all areas.

Paramount replaced the siding of our house. They were done the job in 2 days and the new siding looks amazing! Will checked in often to make sure everything was going smoothly and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. I definitely recommend this company.

These guys know how to get the job done right. We got a new roof for the house (singles, plywood, vents, protective barriers) and the shed along with new gutters for both. Paramount was reasonably priced (and competitive), professional and helpful throughout the whole process.

Even with a slight error on the clean up part, Paramount sent their people back out the same day to fix the issue.

Overall I am pleased with the fast and expert service from Paramount

Paramount Roofing did not disappoint. Will came out, explained everything, we signed a contract and they scheduled a delivery and installation of our new roof. What I really appreciate is that they didn’t waste our time trying to give us a sales pitch. They gave us information and gave us the space to decide if they were the right company to fit our needs. Even when we voiced any concerns we had, their customer service was excellent and they were extremely responsive. I chose to use Paramount to install my gutters because earlier this year they replaced my roof. I was so pleased with the roof, I knew I would be smart to have them replace my gutters. What can I say about Paramount. They took great care of my home. We had a new roof and gutters installed. They took 2 days to complete the project. The pricing was more than reasonable and I was happy that they kept me updated on the status of my project every 2 hours. I will continue to use them for any work needed to my home. Next up is windows and I know they will take care of me.
