Paramount Property Solutions LLC (PPS), came out to resolved a problem that occurred from a previous job with my gutters, and facia boards. The new crew was on time, located the problem and explained the process step-by-step. They also found more problems from the previous installments, and the crew tackled it with ease. The workers were outstanding and VERY PROFESSIONAL. I recommend this company with gutters, facia boards installments. Shout out to Randy from PPS. Hooray the job is now done and it looks GREAT!

We had an amazing experience with John and Paramount. He was very thorough in his roof inspection from hail damage, worked with our insurance company to get repairs covered. They did a GREAT job with everything and clean up was thorough. We even decided to get add gutter guards, his rates were unmatched. Highly recommend for any roofing or gutter work. I had a great experience with this company! Randy was great, he addressed all my questions (and I had many) about the estimate and process, thoroughly and quickly. He was very attentive throughout the decision-making process. Now, my roof looks great, and the crew was very respectful! They cleaned up well, they even left the back patio cleaner than I left it. The foreman stayed later and made sure every bit of debris was gone before he left. The only thing I didn't like, was the lack of communication the day of, because there was an unexpected rain delay, in the morning, and no one let me know how they planned to handle that. After the the rain stopped, though, they got right to work, and everything was done very well!

After a high wind storm, we noticed we lost a lot of shingles came off of our roof. We hired Paramount Property Solutions LLC to replace our roof. Due to the number of shingles lost, and damage to some of the sheathing, we had the entire roof replaced on our home, garage, attached workshop, and equipment shed. Randy, company owner was great to work with. He was very responsive and explained everything in detail. This was an insurance project, and Randy knew the process well enough to help us with that part. The crew showed up on time and work tirelessly throughout the day. They showed respect for our property. The completed job is amazing. They did a thorough cleanup of the area before leaving. Absolutely the best !!! I never had roofing work done before. Other companies were pushy, and wanted to take short cuts. Randy sat down with me, and FULLY explained ALL of my options, the costs, and the process. I had a 6:30 a.m. arrival time for the work to be started. The workers arrived around 6:15 a.m. and began working at dawn (PRECISELY at 6:30 a.m). When paneling was in need of replacement, each of the damaged panels were numbered, placed on the ground, and I was able to take pictures of the panels that were in need of replacement.

Randy called me during the process and asked how things were going. He provided me with the name of the supervisor onsite - who was very cordial and explained the process as it was moving along.

I trusted Randy, and this trust was not taken for granted. It was a true blessing.

I was impressed with Paramount Property Solutions LLC after watching them replace my neighbors roof about a year ago.

Randy Shontz of Paramount did a roof inspection and we discussed replacing the gutters in addition to the roof. When Randy departed to work up an estimate, I decided to do some research and was pleasantly surprised that Paramount has a 5 star rating from hundreds of customers!

A crew of 12 guys arrived and were ready to get to work at 6:20 am and were done by 1:30. I’m impressed that they also removed and replaced a lot of plywood sheathing in that time.

Paramount Property solutions was wonderful to work with when a tree branch came down and pierced our roof. They helped us navigate dealing with our insurance claim. The job was completed quickly and no mess was left behind. We would recommend them to everyone we know.

Our salesman, Ben Shelly, worked closely with us to coordinate our wind damage claim with our homeowners insurance company. Communication was great. We were always kept informed of the status of our claim and their scheduling. We had to reschedule a couple times due to weather. Ben answered and addressed all of our questions and concerns. Materials were delivered the day before, and a large crew showed up at 6:30 am sharp to get started. The house was surrounded with tarps to protect our shrubs and deck furnishings. We have a large roof area, but the crew was able to complete the roof at 3:30 the same day. Cleanup was excellent and the roof looks great! Highly recommend Paramount Property Solutions LLC!

After having water damage to my interior from a leaking roof, Paramount was quick to come estimate and get the ball rolling with my insurance company. Roofers and drywall were top notch. We're very happy with the work Paramount did!
We were getting a new roof with solar panels at the same time and they worked with our solar company for timing and payment since we bundled our financing. Because we bundled our financing, we had to wait a good while before we could get our roof, but Parker still made a special trip out to our place to help seal off some problem areas before we were able to get our roof.
Parker was very responsive and made sure we knew what was going on along the way.

Paramount did a wonderful job on replacing our roof. Glen worked with us during every step of the process, they arrived early in the morning and completed 3 structures beautifully in one day I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I reached out to Randy with a gutter issue that I thought was clogged gutters. Within two days of reaching out, I had his team at my house replacing my gutters. They were very efficient.

I had Paramount Property Solutions LLC update my roof due to it being around 25 years old. They did an excellent job in appraising the work scope, talking with me and answering my questions. Their quote was a bit higher than the other quotes I received but the attention to detail they presented in the written quote and in the conversation was outstanding. They showed up on time and worked hard until the job was completed, the cleanup was impeccable. The roof and new gutters look great; I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Paramount was great. The guys were nice and respectful, I showed them the two leaks I had in my garage roof. They found the shingles that were messed up causing the leak and replace them. Paramount put a new roof on our house 2 weeks ago (We had lots of wind damage to shingles). They did a great job putting on Owens Corning shingles and it looks so terrific!! Randy the owner, is very responsive and knowledgeable. The crew did a great job and did a very thorough job on covering things (shubbery, deck area) with tarps. Then they did a very complete clean up, of nails, etc afterwards!!

We were very pleased with the service received with our roof replacement. They made the insurance process very seamless and the installation was done very professionally. I would recommend this company to others.

NOTE: Paramount has not done my roof yet, but they did go to battle with my home insurance company, trying to get them to cover hail damage. So after the time they put in I want to review what I can at the moment. There was a big hail storm here (biggest I've seen in my life, and a lot of houses were having their roofs re-done because of it, so it wasn't unwarranted). The insurance wasn't budging, but it wasn't for lack of trying. I was on the call with all parties, and the owner of Paramount really put the screws to them over a couple things they said; a professional defense attorney couldn't have done better. If that didn't work, nothing would have. We tried, and I appreciated the effort.

Anyway, Paramount came out to give me an estimate the same day I called, He advised that if anyone in his company had done a couple of the things the original builder did on my roof, they would no longer be with the company. And I believe it. I had to patch one spot where the original builder punched holes, etc., and the stuff he pointed out was something I had noticed, as a layman, that just didn't look good at the ridge.
Paramount was recommended by my neighbor, who has lived in SoMD for about fifty years and knows everybody. Any service I need, I ask him for recommendations first. The quote was also reasonable. I checked a lot of prices and I'm not searching around when I do open my wallet and get the roof done. I'm going with Paramount.

Paramount Property Solutions was recommended by a friend and co-worker who had a roof replacement done by the company. We both worked with Ben Shelley.

From the start the company went the extra mile. I had expressed concern over the rain of debris that would come from stripping shingles off of a roof with 1"x6" board decking. Ben himself laid down plastic in the attic in advance to help mitigate this. The roof was completed promptly and neatly on the first day, with new plywood decking placed atop the existing boards at my request. The new gutters were installed the next day. Cleanup was thorough in both cases; I've been through three roofing installations, and this was by far the best performance in that area.

But part of what makes a company stand out is how they handle the times when things don't quite go according to plan, and here Paramount proved its worth. In the process of putting down the new decking, my admittedly ancient (but functional) attic fan was inadvertently deleted from the roof. Paramount quickly arranged for a replacement and scheduled installation of a new attic fan, without fuss. The installer called in a timely manner to give me a revised ETA when he found himself in heavier than usual traffic. That job was also completed courteously, quickly, and neatly.

All in all, I am pleased with the outcome!

My roof had lost a few shingles in a storm and I had put off calling anyone, luckily one of the folks from Paramount Property Solutions lives close by and spotted the issue. The Operations Manager stopped by and left his card and a note, thanks again John Lamberton! The next morning the roof was fixed and now I have a go to company for any roofing, siding, or gutter needs. Great experience and five star service all the way!

Paramount Property Solutions (thank you Randy) was a Godsend for us. We had already had a contractor that didn’t come through on our roof, siding and gutters. I called Paramount Property Solutions and spoke to Randy in the early afternoon. He was at our house that evening where we picked out our new roof shingles and signed a contract. Randy stayed in communication with us through the entire process. We had to have our solar panels taken down and our solar company drug their feet for 2 months. Randy stepped in and had them removed and put back up in a week along with having the roof completely done. Also they found an issue and fixed it without any cost to us. He also replaced our gutters and the siding on the front face of our house all done within a month. Our siding had a wait time since he was matching 21 year old siding or I am sure it would have been completed quicker. The quality of the work is top notch. The communication with the workers and us was always a priority. I would definitely recommend Paramount Property Solutions to anyone needing roof, siding or gutter repair. We will definitely use Randy again when needed and recommend him to all our family and friends. It’s nice to know that there is still a company out there that cares about the customer and does superb work.

Fast winds and heavy rain caused some fascia trim to peel back and tear off my house. Within 48hrs Randy and his crew came out, gave an estimate, and repaired it immediately. Very pleased with the work him and his crew are capable of as well as how professional he was over the phone as well as the crew when on site. This is the second time having work done by his company.
