Had hail damage to our roof, Adam was our contact. He was very professional, and wanted to be sure we understood the process. Adam and the crew made it very easy! To the guys that did the work, Wow, they were more than accomadating! I would recommend Paramount to anyone!!!

Travis helped us from start to finish with our roof repair. Starting with contact with our insurance company. Informing us when the job would be done. The time his crew would arrive and when they would complete the project. I recommend Paramount Exteriors. Didn’t have any issues.

My experience with Trey and everyone else at Paramount Exteriors was fantastic. They made the whole process extremely easy and personal. Trey came to my home to explain the process, brought samples to pick, then went ahead and did all the work with the insurance company for me. Trey was quick to respond to any questions I had along the way, and was professional and kind. The roofers were at my home within two weeks and completed the project quickly and did a great job cleaning up. We came home to a new roof and a clean yard! I would use them again if I find I need another project done again!

They did my roof and later found nails EVERYWHERE for months and I have to dogs! Was gonna use them for gutters but they tried to scam me and say insurance didn't pay enough so I would have to pay more out of pocket. Found out later they did the same thing to my neighbor! Will never recommend them to anyone!

After my co.plaint the owner of company got ahold of me and came out he was very nice and explained everything to me he was real helpful he was very honest and said it was up to me to fix roof but it was not that bad. He took pictures and showed me the damage said very minor He is going to do some minor repairs for me after the owner coming out and explaining things to me and very honest I will recommend them to do any work I am very satisfied with the results now I will hire them again now thank you Travis for going above and getting done

Trey at Paramount Exteriors (local Sioux Falls based company) was great to work with after the 2022 May hailstorm.
- They promptly came out to inspect the damage
- Explained what they were looking for (assisted my untrained eye)
- Assisted with opening the claim to the insurance company (first time I had ever reported hail damage)
- Came back out when the insurance adjuster reviewed the damage to make sure they caught everything
- Agreed to stay within the insurance claim limits (didn’t want to get into a financial hardship without insurance covering the costs)
- Assisted with reading insurance claims assessment
- Recommended a quality Landmark CertainTeed shingle and assisted with picking a shingle color
- Really timely and quick about replacing the shingles on the roof (wow shingled the house in 4 ½ hours)
- Replaced gutters and down spouts (less than 4 hours)
- Very impressed and happy with the new roof and gutters.

Like several of my neighbors, we used Paramount Exteriors for our roof and gutter replacement! They were timely, even with the constant battle with supply chain issues we've seen nation wide! Christian was especially courteous, professional and always responded quickly to calls emails and text messages. He made payment easy with dropping by and not having to worry about envelopes and postage and worked with my insurance company so I had very little worries! So great!

I called Paramount and was instantly greeted with very friendly staff that walked me through the whole process and walked me through all the insurance paperwork so I knew what they were going to replace. Trey was so very helpful throughout the whole process, answering my questions right away.

Most people in my neighborhood already had roofing signs in their yard before I even called my insurance company. But Paramount came out and got my roof and gutters replaced before most of my neighbors who were using other companies.
