Paradise

We used this company to clean our house before we moved in. I was told that they believed the job would take 20 hours...my house is barely over 2000sqft. I told the company that it shouldn't take more than 6 hours and paid $500 for this service. I was never told there was an additional $1000 balance due and was shocked when I received a letter indicating I owed more. The company's communication is horrible, they are overpriced and I would not recommend them to anyone.

We discovered mold under some insulation in our attic. Paradise came out right away and gave us a nice straight forward quote. They worked with us on how to make the payment easier for us. Their crew was very professional. They were very nice to our dogs and made sure things were well vented. They also got the work done quickly. I would highly recommend Paradise for anything you need done and would certainly call them again in the future.

Paradise is a very efficient company. We had an air conditioning leak that soaked our rugs. Mike the owner is awesome. He himself came by right away, assessed the damages, explained what needed to be done and scheduled his team to come out ASAP to mitigate the damages. We called him in the afternoon and he came by shortly after our call. His team was at our place 1st thing the next morning to take care of our water damage. They again explained what they were doing, how long it would take and what our results would be. His whole team is very professional, understanding, positive, knowledgeable and polite. Amy in the office is great. She is very helpful and takes care of whatever you need or questions you have without hesitation. It is such a pleasure to deal with a company that is accommodating and takes pride in their work, especially when you have damage and don't know what to do or what may be ruined, etc. I would highly recommend Paradise Cleaning & Restoration for any damage or clean up job you would need to have done.

Paradise Cleaning and Restoration was fantastic to work with. They were prompt, professional, courteous, patient, friendly, very organized and clean. They will be my first call should I ever need them again!

We were a bit overwhelmed with how to approach cleaning our parents' home, which hadn't been lived in for 4 years (except by mice). We needed to clean and organize but weren't sure where to begin. From the very first phone call, the entire Paradise team has been terrific. Great communication, flexible, your team knew what needed to be done before we could even explain. All the team members were professional, hard working, and a pleasure to work with. The place looks great, smells great, and feels like a loved home again.

I highly recommend Paradise Cleaning for anyone PCSing that doesn't want to clean their house. The ladies showed up at 0800, cleaned my house from top to bottom and left at 1800. They charged us $250 less than their closest competitor. We had no issues with the final walk through the next day and received our full deposit. Worth every penny we paid, we have 3 kids and don't have 10 hours to spend cleaning.

Paradise Cleaning & Restoration was very responsive and timely in their communication and did an amazing job after my home previously had severe water damage. The team that worked at my house was respectful, kind and efficient throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Paradise!

I highly recommend Paradise Cleaning & Restoration Service, Inc. I have used them twice for our condominium complex. Mike Daly, the owner, is very professional and responsive, and so is his office staff. His crew cleaned our basement and most recently, our attic crawl space. Israel, Reuben, and Shane did an outstanding job in our 3rd floor attic area crawl space, which is only 3' 7'' in height. It was back-breaking work in the confined area for them to remove the old insulation and clean the dirt and debris that had accummulated over many years. To top it off, they removed all of this stuff through about an 18" access panel in a 3rd floor condo! They even went down a skylight shaft to clean that area. They put down protective covering for the hardwood floors in the condo and they hauled everything down three flights of stairs, and cleaned up after themselves.They exceeded my expectations.

I called Paradise Cleaning and Restoration to help an elderly family member with a mildew problem in his apartment a few months ago. The staff at Paradise responded quickly to my inquiry and continued to be responsive over the phone with me and in person with my family. Most importantly, the work product was excellent. The mildew was completely taken care of and the professional staff cleaned the space thoroughly, too. This company's staff really helped me with a stressful situation. I'll never forget how wonderful they were. Five stars for Paradise!

Israel and his crew came into my salon after a pipe burst had flooded the place on day one of reopening from Covid shut downs and they have been amazing! Professional, helpful, courteous and I could truly tell they wanted to help me in every way possible! I felt like my brothers were doing this job, that’s how well they listened and made me feel like every precaution they took and assessment they made was in the best interest of the health and well being of my clients and staff!

I work with several disaster restoration companies, and Mike Daly with Paradise Cleaning & Restoration is one of the best in the business. From mold, mildew and fire, to post construction cleaning, you can count on them.

We had a 2nd floor toilet with a broken flange causing a slow leak which damage the ceiling in our 1st floor main hallway right in the central area of it so it was within feet of the dining room, kitchen, staircase, Master bedroom door and the entrance to the living room. The owner, Mike came to look at the damage, gave a verbal estimate followed up by a prompt written quote which was extremely close and it didn’t change, so it was accurate. His crew came exactly when he said they would and the demo work, mold cleanup and all work needed and left everything exactly how it was when they came in. With all that dust from the demo they contained it all and did a great job. His crew was also very professional and explained everything they were doing and why. I would recommend Paradise for any emergency clean up needs.

I and my entire family have been using this business for many years and for multiple needs: carpet cleaning, post-flood restoration, valuable Oriental rugs, post-moving-out etc. They have always taken immaculate care of our items and property. Highly recommend!

Can't speak more highly of Paradise Cleaning & Restoration. They came immediately in Feb. 2015 when pipes burst in six places in my Middletown home. They pumped out water from the basement, set up fans and dehumidifiers and worked on a Sunday and Monday to get me started back on the long road to recovery from $90K worth of damage. They even returned immediately the following week when mold started behind walls where sheet rock was being removed. Would recommend them to anyone who asked. Everyone was friendly and sympathetic in a very stressful situation. Special shout out to owner Jim Paradise who successfully assisted when my insurance company questioned the amount of the claim for repairs.

PARADISE IS A TOTAL SCAM. They were sent in to clean up from water damage and we were told all was being coordinated through our insurance company, and we were to pay them first. They came in to collect equipment and left no paperwork to get reimbursed from the insurance company and just drove off with the check.
They do not answer their phone when calling from one of the numbers they have as your contact info.
