It took me over a month of taking estimates and checking out companies. Pantoja's was a late entry. Their price was very in line with my own estimated cost of re roofing the house. I live in Pilot Rock, They came out and gave me a firm number. They installed a GAF roof system that looks absolutely STELLAR. They were extremely fast, very professional and spot on in quality installation with no surprises nor change orders.
As a 40 year retired Electrical Construction Superintendent I recognize a good Organization when I see one. Pantoja's and especially Fernando Munoz is highly recommended for any improvement projects. I could not be more satisfied with the outcome. Great Job!!!

We hired Pantoja’s construction to replace the roof on our Victorian home in Palouse, Washington. The bid submitted was very detailed and professional. When the work began it was discovered that the roof needed to be re sheeted.
Fernando gave a good discount on the work and materials. The entire project was completed in two long days, the crew was very polite and an amazing job of cleanup was done. We are very pleased with working with Pantoja’s and give the highest recommendation.

I noticed water coming through my ceiling after a recent heavy rain. Going into winter, this gave me a bit of a scare.

Fernando came and took a look, immediately found the leak at one of my vents, and even checked the others to make sure there weren’t more. He was prompt, responsive, and assured me that it wasn’t a bigger problem.

The leak is fixed, my ceiling is dry, and I’m an extremely happy customer. I will definitely be giving them a call if I ever need any other roofing work done!

This is great roofing company. They not only did a great job installing but they kept me up to date on everything. They dealt with the insurance company providing them all information requested quickly and were able to articulate to insurance company reasons to approve. Strongly recommend!!

I used this company to replace the roof on my cabin in the Cashmere area (between Leavenworth and Wenatchee). They were the most responsive when I was looking for a company to do the roof and remained communicative throughout the process with me -giving me updates on the materials, permits Etc. Even including the driving mileage from Tri-Cities to Cashmere they were competitive on the price. I was also impressed with their use of technology to get an estimate on a quote without having to charge me for the time to visit the property because they were able to use satellites- and then reconfirmed information and estimate in person when we met to sign and proceed. They also ripped out an old deck for a very affordable addition to the roof job.

We highly recommend Pantoja’s Construction, Inc. for residential roofing. We first met the owner and a salesperson when we asked for their inspection of our 30-year-old roof on our two-story home, which includes two levels of roofing. They inspected the first story roof and noted that we perhaps could wait for two to five years before replacement. However, when they inspected the second story roofing, they found surprising windward shingle damage; these shingles were repaired sometime before we purchased the home. (Other inspectors, including the inspector who reviewed the house before we purchased it, missed this damage.) While the roof did not leak, these “band aid” repairs concerned us. We also received additional bids from other roofing companies. Ultimately, we chose Pantoja’s Construction. They patiently reviewed different roofing options, including entry level through premium roofs; we chose the latter.

Removal of the old roofing material, in particular, is messy. Although we said that daily cleanup was unnecessary until completion, from the tear off through the replacement of our roof the crew cleaned up during and at the end of each day. Moreover, the crew showed quality of craftsmanship, attention to detail like metal flashing, and pride in their work. We were very satisfied with the final product, the artistry, and the pleasantness of the crew. They also took care of the paperwork and permitting without our assistance. Without equivocation, we recommend Pantoja’s Construction.

What a great experience with Pantoja's construction! I got his contact info from my neighbor who is also a very kind and caring person, who notified me about my missing roof vent. I called Pantoja's construction, he came to my home within an hour and fix my vent, repair 3 others and some other additional sealing jobs without even asking. Pantoja’s Construction was very prompt & professional. We had a roof leak last winter & they came out, inspected & diagnosed the problem as substandard roof vents. I called Pantojas because one of my vent pipes did not have the boot and was leaking into my attic. Very fast service, reliable, and fixed the problem better than it was put in by the builder. They spent quality time inspecting and fixing the problem for what I'd say was a great cost to time spent. I'll call them first everytime.

Pantojas did a great job for my clients - they inspected the roof and then replaced it when it no longer made sense to repair. They were speedy and timely and got it replaced in one day! I cannot say enough good things about Pantoja’s Construction. Another company had previously given me a very unreasonable quote and I did not accept. Many companies are just in for the money and give crazy prices to do a job but not these guys. A friend of mine recommended them so I gave them a call. Pantoja’s Construction came over to look at my roof and gave me a quote. They were very friendly and professional about it. The price was affordable and they were very nice about answering my questions. It's rare that I would say I would recommend a company to my
