My husband and I highly recommend Bright Side Roofing! We had the unexpected happen when we woke up to the ceiling in one of our bedrooms leaking last week. I called Bright Side and they returned my call very promptly! I spoke with Kelsey and she was able to have someone scheduled to come assess the leak within the hour. She was a lifesaver! Jason arrived at our house and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. Come to find out we had multiple leaks and needed a roof replacement. Jason was very thorough in explaining the process, the products, and the warranty that Bright Side offers on their products. We were able to schedule roof installation within 5 days from the time of our leak. Tyler showed up the day of the roof installation and got right to work with his crew! They were able to get our entire roof repaired in no time! I also loved that they took the time to ensure everything was cleaned up after the project! We are very pleased and happy we chose Bright Side to complete the repair we needed! Thanks again!

Any sort of home renovation can be terrifying. I wanted to have my roof and siding replaced and chose Brightside based on others’ reviews in the area.
I first met Jose and he was wonderful. Took thorough photos, walked me through every step through of the way, and gave me price options. He also came back with samples of the siding color I was interested in. I decided right then and there to put a deposit down.
The whole process for us was seamless and the house looks beautiful. Their cleanup was impeccable too; I haven’t found a single nail on the property.
They’ll also be coming back to put up the new shutters we bought and I’m looking forward to seeing them again. The next project may be gutter guards too!
Everyone I’ve met- Zach, Jose, Brian, Bobby, and anyone I have missed- thank you for living up to your reputation and being truly good people. It’s hard to find these days.

I had a great experience with Brightside from start to finish. Everyone was great to deal with and their pricing was the best of all the quotes I received. To be honest, Brightside was not on my original list to get quotes from but when I saw their online quoting tool I had to try it out. When the quote came back I actually thought it was too god to be true so I thought I may as well get an official quote. To my surprise this quote was actually under the online quote. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing needs you may have!

All workers worked carefully and cleaned up at the close of each workday. I saw the skill and workmanship demonstrated in each phase of the project. The new siding and gutters have improved the overall appearance of our home.

Brightside Roofing did an amazing job replacing and installing our new roof. They completed the entire job from start to finish in a day. They showed up on time and worked diligently throughout the day. They cleaned up the work area and made sure I was completely happy and satisfied with their work. Jose was finominal all the way through the process. Zach our onsite project manager showed us just how much the company has integrity. He found a spot in the fence that looked damaged and brought it to my attention to make sure it wasn't something that happened from the crew on site. It wasn't anything they did the fence was damaged by us a year ago. This showed me that they cared. Roof looks amazing.

The work was done on time. The crew was professional and respectful and answered any questions. After the work was done they cleaned up the debris. When obtaining the estimate Robert was through in the inspection and answered any questions. The estimate was very detailed and reflected the final price. Feb 2025: They did a good job with roofing my old house. We decided to go with the GAF solar shingles at the same time and that was a problem. Installation of solar, once started, went smoothly; however, there was one problem that morphed into many along the way mainly due to difficulties with coordination between Brightside, GAF, and the many different GAF project leads. There was an initial problem with design (that I pointed out). They fixed that but then there was an problem with delivery of shingles; then a problem with delivery of the inverter. We started the project in March 2024 and it was completed in August. I like the roof, I like the solar shingles, I like GAF, and I like Brightside. They have good people. Trouble is, no single one of them know everything that YOU need to know about the project. I recommend them, but be aware and ask questions of the people who know about that particular aspect of the project. You are welcome to ask me as well. Good luck.

I was just calling for info. I called a couple places and Kelsey was by far the best I talked to. She is genuinely a caring fun person to talk to. Refreshing in this world of poor customer service that we live in.

I used bright side for a home that I bought “as is” with an old roof. Heather Jones was my realtor and of course she highly recommended Bright Side. I had them and a few other companies come out for estimates. No one else came close to Bright Side’s level of professionalism or knowledge. Other companies just said “this is wrong, here’s the price”. Bright Side’s sales guy brought out a whole book and spent the better part of 30 minutes answering my questions about my current roof vs a Bright Side roof. The experience from selecting a roofing company to get major repairs and a new roof was basically simple. Discussing and deciding what needed repairs was a huge bonus. Had the rejuvenation treatment done on our roof over the summer. Our lighting person came out to hang the Christmas lights and thought we had a new roof installed the results were so good. Great company and great service.

I was completely satisfied with the job done on my roof. A super group of workers. Clean up was fantastic. My experience with Tyler and Jason was also a pleasant experience.

Overall, an excellent experience. Final product was as advertised. Expect some minor lawn and shrub damage and a few nails left in the lawn. Good briefing as to what to expect, but constant attention is advisable to prevent unpredictable surprises. Stay in touch with the project supervisor.
