We've had a small leak around our main chimney for sometime now and had other roofers out to fix it but sadly, they were never successful. When one of our skylights started to leak, we decided to call another roofer and try our luck again. Thankfully, we received some advertisements in the mail from Pally Roofing saying to call them and see if it can be repaired instead of replaced. Benny came out within a few days and looked at our issues. He immediately put a quote together for the necessary repairs stating that our whole roof was in good shape and there was no need for replacement. We accepted their offer and are so happy we did. Their team were in constant contact with us on every step of the process. It was great to know how things were progressing and how much they appreciated our business. They came out at the time and date stated to replace our 25 year old skylights and the flashing around the chimney. The two man crew were very nice and polite. They not only took the time to explain everything they saw while up on the roof, but they also came inside to sweep up old caulk and paint that happened to fall from the ceiling. I did not expect them to go the extra mile with these items but truly appreciated it. When they left, I could not find one nail or piece of packaging from them. I would highly recommend Pally Roofing and will definitely call them again for any roofing or gutter needs.

Pally Roofing cleaned our gutters, and we were beyond pleased with every aspect of the job. They returned our call right away and were polite and professional. They were able to get us in within a day or two (during busy season.) They arrived on time (a bit early, in fact.) Their price was so reasonable. Since they are a roofing company, we thought perhaps they might find problems with our 22 year old roof, but they simply cleaned the gutters as requested. They did use a drone to measure our gutters to give us an estimate on gutter covers (at our request.) But they didn’t push for us to purchase anything beyond what we had agreed to pay for: gutter cleaning. They did a thorough job, brought all the right tools/equipment/ladders. At a time when it’s had to get work done on anything, they provided old-fashioned, excellent service. We can’t say enough good about them. They will be the first ones we call if we ever have any future roofing needs.

We got some roofing and gutter work done through Pally Roofing and they did a phenomenal job! They really are the friendliest contractor out there and will do everything they can to create a wonderful experience for you! Highly recommend for anyone needing a new roof/gutters or simply need a repair!
