We had to get our roof replaced after a wind storm. Palladium Roofing was wonderful working with our insurance and made sure our roof was tarp because rain was in the forecast and our insurance had 10 business days to reply. Quick to respond and checked on us regularly making sure the tarps held. The schedule is quickly and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. They have been so kind as we wait for our mortgage comp to release the funds, but we keep them in the loop every step of the way. I will highly recommend Palladium Roofing to anyone.

I don't leave reviews but the level of service here merits one. I live in a different state so am totally blind to my roof until I come in town. The April 2025 wind storms blew of some shingles on my roof and was in need of repair. Heath was quick to go to my property to assess damage and have a 30 minute phone call with me explaining everything and my options. While I was scheduled for repairs a couple days later a massive rain storm was moving in (side note this is days before I am going to be listing the house for sale so can't afford any damage or delays). After giving a frantic phone call, Heath and his crew went out the night of Good Friday to put on temporary tarps and make sure it was secure until full repairs could take place. Can't thank Heath and Palladium crew enough for their responsiveness, I will always recommend these folks.

All I can say is Ryan is terrific. He got here early. Replaced our vent cap, inspected the roof and took the time to explain what he did and what he found. He was not a pushy sales person he didn’t try to scare us into replacing our roof even said it was in good shape. Highly recommend him and his company. As a first time homeowner going through the process of having to replace a roof I was completely stressed out and lost as to what to do. Julie was the first person I spoke to and she was amazing at walking me through how to get started and setting up my appointment for an inspection. Heath came to the house right on time and explained everything he saw to me and what the next steps were. He walked me through each step from start to finish, including walking me through the breakdown of what insurance would cover and what my part of the billing would look like. To top it off, the day Heath was inspecting my roof with the insurance adjuster, he pulled my trash cans back up to the house since the truck had come by while they were there! Contacted them to help with my dad's roof after a storm. His roof was leaking and there was more rain in the forecast- Andrew had him taken care of within a couple of hours. It's been a busy storm season and he couldn't do the full repair same day (obviously), but he helped get a solution in place to keep my parents dry until he could come fix it more permanently about a week later.

I will definitely use Palladium for my next roof replacement. I had a recent botched install with a different company (1907 Roofing--roof leaks, unsealed shingles, missing flashing, etc). I was out of town when the work was performed and 1907 dismissed my concerns upon my return. I then contacted my Home Inspector and he recommended a Palladium contractor come and review the work.

Heath Clark with Palladium came out and performed a thorough and detailed inspection at no cost. He pointed out the many shortcuts taken by the original company that led to the leaky roof, and helped me through the entire arduous process of working with 1907 to honor their Workmanship Warranty. At no point did he ask for anything in return and this review is the least I can do in appreciation.

Palladium Roofing went above and beyond with replacing our hail damaged roof in 2023. Heath Clark our sales representative was great to work with from beginning to end taking full ownership of the project. Michael Gasper, has the skills needed to work directly with customers insurance companies to ensure customers all the correct and fair claim checks for these type of products. We love our new room and wrap around gutters and we love Palladium Roofing.

Absolutely fantastic people to work with. My insurance sent me a non-renewal notice due to how my roof looked in a couple photos I had sent when I first signed up with them, saying that I needed to replace the whole roof. I called Heath at Palladium to come out at take a look to see about replacing the roof on my own dime. Instead, he suggested I make a claim, and get the insurance's claims adjuster to look at the roof along with him. As he said, "Either the roof is fine, and they can't say it needs to be replaced, or it needs to be replaced, in which case I have a legitimate claim." Heath really went to bat for me and helped me get my insurance to renew my coverage. Everyone at this company is courteous and kind, and willing to help in any way they can.

4/25 Update: Once again, Palladium Roofing comes through! After a severe wind event, I asked Heath to come by and check to see if there was damage. Sure enough! He explained that it was best to do a repair at this point, rather than putting a claim on my insurance. Chase called not too long after to schedule my repair, and it was done within a week! Excellent service and work as always!
