We contracted with PAK to remodel our master bathroom. They were very helpful in realizing our vision. PAK does an excellent job of estimating the true cost of the service so there are not surprises. They also try to avoid consuming any of your time during the project which is nice and thoughtful. We are very happy with the result of our new bathroom. We look forward to getting help from PAK on future projects.

We contacted PAK 24/7 on a Friday afternoon; requesting a quote to perform a custom install of a through-the-wall cooling unit. Surprisingly, they came by that same evening. The high-level of courtesy, expert advice and professionalism extended to us made the go-ahead decision easy.
Amazingly, they began this important task for us the following day (Saturday afternoon/evening). The job was completed (the same Saturday evening) with expert craftsmanship and outstanding attention-to-detail. We could not be more pleased with this entire transaction. Special notes (a) the finished project was completed in such an excellent manner that it was, in our opinion, more safe and aesthetically pleasing than what the manufacturer recommended.
Additionally, we forgot to point out a critical install requirement for this task but we were absolutely surprised to learn that PAK 24/7 was already keenly aware of this critical operation requirement and performed it! This local, small business should be your first call for any general maintenance or special craftsmanship project you may have. From a very satisfied customer, Great Job!
