In less than 4 weeks Pagani's assessed, replaced, and painted the entire driver's side of my car. They handled all the insurance hassle and made the entire ordeal a legitimately pleasant experience. I will absolutely put my trust in them again!

We had the best service and workmanship on our recent repair of our vehicle. From the time it was dropped off at the shop to picked up when work was completed it was a perfect experience in every respect. Working with Paul was excellent in dealing with in every aspect. He knows the business like nobody else and strives to provide the best possible service while prividing what is amazing quality results in vehicle repair. We highly recommend Pagani's!

My recent experience Pagani's was eye opening. I am gray haired and retired. I was treated with respect and friendliness. The quote was fast and efficient. I was kept informed of the progress of securing parts and if I approved of how it was proceeding.the finished product was as they described. Paul took the time to explain why and how it was done. I met the young by my age technician who did the work. Very impressed. Car was clean and shiny and few special touches they provided was very impressive. They definitely deserve the 5 star rating. As a satisfied customer I would recommend Pagani's to everyone. Give them a chance to satisfy you. For the skeptical I was not reimbursed. This is the real deal.

I honestly can't say enough about how amazing Pagani's Downtown Car Care is. I’ve found my local auto repair shop!! So happy!! Rick and his team are just incredible!! Professional, Responsive, Customer Focused, Expertise, Integrity, Fair Pricing … just the best! Had a wheel bearing replaced as well as brake pads and rotors on my GMC Sierra.

I bought a '20 Ford Edge SEL and wanted to give it a better look. I bought an Edge ST-Line grille and needed it installed. The only place in town to respond was Pagani's, and I am glad they did. Bobby was very easy to deal with and very responsive to emails. He was also accommodating to my schedule and Ford parts issues. I normally don't deal with non-dealer body shops but Pagani's has a new customer in me. Will highly recommend!!

Had a lot of damage to a newer SUV from hitting a deer. Everything looks, feels, and drives like it never happened. Very professional and courteous people.

If 10 stars was an option it would be on this review. I will ONLY use this shop from here on out . The only good experience I've ever had with autocare. Very professional . Got into a car accident where the whole front end was smashed to bits. Bobby made it look like a completely different car , I sware that it looks even better that it did before the accident happened ! Getting into any type of accident is already the most stressful/anxiety inducing situation imaginable ... Somehow someway Pagani's was able to turn a bad situation into an amazing experience . If I ever have any future car issues this will be the only place I trust to bring my vehicle , and for anybody ready this I highly recommend you do the same because they will take care of you here ✅️

If you use Pagani's - think that you won the lottery This is the ultimate place to have the car repaired, no bones about it! I was involved in a car accident with serious repairs to be done. Bobbie Pagani took the time not just to fix it, but to do it right. All parts were ordered from a certified Honda dealership. After the completion of repairs you have a warranty for as long as you own the car (how cool is that!!). Staff is extremely friendly and makes you feel at home. After the repairs were done, I started to drive and noticed one issue they missed. He took the car again, not only repaired the issue, but took a closer look, found and fixed other issues that were missed first. My car was cleaned and vacuumed to the max, inside and out. 5 stars, would have given 15 if I could.

Took my car in for body work, they did such a nice job, then on my way home I had car trouble , so I called them and told them and they came out to get me and got my car back to the shop. This was a separate issue. They were so nice and I really appreciated the fast and caring service, 5 stars for sure!

Pagani's got my baby back together and looking good as the day I bought her! I had to leave her in Ohio (I live 450 miles away) and trust it to someone I'd never met face to face. They didn't let me down!!! Pagani's are friendly and easy to work with.

I highly recommend this repair shop. Bobby and his whole team are absolutely amazing. Both times that I’ve needed to have my car fixed. With no appointment they got my car in and fixed better than expected. I don’t even live in Newark, I live in Columbus. Anytime I need my car repaired I will have Bobby repair. I stopped by, without an appointment, to schedule a time for my vehicle to be looked at. I had some surface scratches that needed to be buffed out. Rick said he had time to look, no appointment necessary. He came out in the heat, looked at it, grabbed a buffer, and, viola!!! Scratches almost invisible to the naked eye. Wonderful, wonderful service!! Thank you, Rick! If we need any vehicle body work, we will definitely visit Pagani's!!

They made sure to work my sons car in once they saw it was not driveable after his accident. They had it ready to go very quickly and even washed and vaccumed it!

Bobby why advertise & you don't take any new vehicles to work on. A friend in the Model A club told me about you excellent quality in redoing his Model A truck. He was correct in the excellence of your work! His truck was beautiful, just like it came off the assembly line. Or better! So I came in for my truck to be worked on. The gal at the front desk was very professional & polite, but firm that you were only taking insurance claim vehicles in for work. I wished to get in on a waiting list. Couldn't due that either. Very disappointed! And as crazy as it seems, the first thing I heard on 101.7 radio this morning was your commercial. Disappointing "funny". If I can't get you to work on my '29 AA Ford, can you suggest someone that can, please?

Bobby is the consummate professional, and all the people there do excellent work! It took an extra couple of days, but upon receiving my vehicle you can't tell that there was any damage previously. Great work, good price!

The owner Bobby has always taken great care of me and my vehicles I've been using him since 2017 and has never failed me. My vehicles always look amazing and the body work is amazing!! My vehicles look way better than they did going in!!! He keeps me informed on where my vehicle is at in the fixing process and gives it the best shot on telling me when it might be done!! Getting and dropping off my rental is so easy and I never have a problem with my rental either as he keeps them informed as well.

The service was done in a timely manner, it was reasonable and they were all so kind. They made me feel safe and cared for in a less than ideal situation. I strongly recommend Pagani’s!

Everyone was really friendly. Talked to Bobby about fixing my rear bumper. He was knowledgeable and explained to me what needed done. Really appreciated the way they handle customers.

Someone hit back of my car on highway and did a lot of damage. Pagani's was one of "Preferred Body Shops" with my insurance company. Called Pagani's. Bobby worked with me to get my car towed to his body shop. He was very professional and kept me informed about next steps. Although car was totaled, I was so impressed with his professionalism and customer experience that I will use Pagani's in the future for any body work needing done to my cars. Thank you Bobby!

Pagani’s is the best of the best. They have a customer for life due to their impeccable attention to detail in addition to their professional and courteous staff. We’ve had three vehicles in their shop in the last two years , one for extensive work. I wouldn’t consider taking my vehicles anywhere else!

Someone hit my brand new car with a shopping cart my insurance said to call these people we went there and met with Bobby Pagani who owns the place he was so friendly and so helpful and had an estimate helped us with the insurance took the car in this past Monday and should get it back either today or tomorrow today's Wednesday the price was right and I'm sure they do excellent work that our insurance company highly recommends them and I really liked the employees that we met

Some jerk backed into my car in a parking lot and took off, leaving a crack in the panel above my wheel. We reached out to Paginis for help and they were amazing! I hate handling these sorts of things and more than once I had them call my boyfriend to explain the same thing they just did to me because I didn’t want to get the details wrong. They did it with the utmost patience. I took my car in on Monday night and although they said it could take 7-10 days, they had it done in 4. The work they did looks great and the ease and simplicity of the process really took the stress away as I had never done this before. I can’t recommend these guys enough.

Called for appointment on Tuesday, got one for Thursday! Took my car in right in. They did the job quickly. Especially since it needed more things than originally thought. Very friendly and polite. The only thing that I can say I didn't care for was even though I made the appointment in my name, the work order was in my name, they directed their questions, what all my car needed, updates to my husband. I told them that the car is mine and I know more about cars than he ever will. Still addressed him. Guys, just because my husband was with me doesn't mean he pays for it. Not to mention that telling/showing him anything about repairs is like a different language to him. You guys are phenomenal and I will be back whenever I have a car issue. I will recommend you all ever chance I get. Thanks for your help.

They did an excellent job repairing my truck. Truck looks better then before the accident. Repair was completed on time and communication between me and insurance company to body shop was awesome. Highly recommended

My wife's car had damage on the roof from a tree limb to the extent that the roof required replacement and the headliner inside also needed replacement. Pagani's gave us a very competitive estimate along with detailed discussions regarding the process required to complete the work. They were always receptive to my questions and provided strait forward answers. They provided photos of the progress as the work was performed and i was welcome to view my car at any time! Pagani's is a very professional business that provides top notch service! We are very pleased with repair on our vehicle and i will definitely return to Pagani's should i need their services again!
