Pacific Vista Development LLC, was the builder of our new house in Kailua Kona. We would never make such a purchase without actually seeing the house however the photos and videos were amazing. Our realtor has known the company and had high praises for there workmanship. Arriving at the house we were impressed at the workmanship and attention to detail. We are thoroughly satisfied and would recommend them without hesitation.

Tommy did a complete remodel of the house we bought in Kona. Installed floors, redid kitchen, tiled bathrooms, replaced doors and windows. Several people who saw our house used him for their own remodel. Recommend 100%.

Very professional reliable and honest. They do a great job and are easy to work with also call you back quickly . I will use them again.

I'll be honest...sometimes contractors disappoint...but NOT Pacific Vista. I was pleasantly surprised. Did a nice job, showed up on time, kept me informed, worked hard with us on scheduling when we needed, etc. Cleaned up after the work, double checked their work and on and on. I have complete confidence that if we find something went wrong (everyone is human), Pacific Vista will continue to treat us properly. Thanks!

An amazing team, from Kelly in the office to the onsite manager, and the guys that install .It was a more than pleasant experience from start to finish. Perfect communication, left the place clean, couldn't ask for more. Next year I will have my other condo done, and they are the only ones I would call. It is hard to find good workers on the Big Island, but this company is the best.

Pacific Vista development helped us with the remodel of our kitchen. These amazing gentleman did an awesome job with destruction and installation of our kitchen cabinets. They were very courteous and very informative. These gentlemen knew their job! They would advise us if something wasn’t going to work right or look right. Serge and William were very easy to work with. They were quick to respond to my call and started work immediately. The work is flawless!!! A++++++ You cant event tell that there was water damage. BEST part they clean up the mess daily and remove it. I enjoy working with them! I will be calling on their services again in the future!

Jason at Pacific Vista cleared my lot of rubbish, excavated the land, and lined up my slab work for my new home. They were reliable and did a great job...something hard to find. Would def recommend
