Excellent work by the crew - polite & professional, happy to answer questions, diligent in completing all requested tasks, and did a great job cleaning up after. Front office were easy to work with, and the quote visit was also very good, with no pressure and many questions answered - I would highly recommend this company!

Last week we had Pacific Shine come clean our roof, gutters and windows. Firstly, two young women knocked on our door, ready to work. They were very polite, hard working, professional and did a great job. We were very happy to see that they actually used safety gear (because not everyone does) They were tidy and efficient. They left our roof, windows and yard spotless.

This is a professional group: they did a great job, were polite and friendly, worked with secure harnesses (unlike many other groups that work on roofs without a safety harness), explained things clearly, and even wore uniforms. They were a good value.

Pacific Shine is a great company to deal with. Dave did a fantastic job cleaning the moss from our parking lot. We will definitely deal with them again.

I do not give 5 star reviews very often but this company richly deserves it! From first contact thru to the final invoice they were professional, very pleasant, and overall did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Pacific Shine!

It was a big job and done to perfection. They attended to every detail. Our driveway looks almost new (30 -years old). The crew were wonderful to work with! We will highly recommend them to all!

Everyone was so kind!!! From the initial consult to the follow up call, everyone was accommodating, informative and just genuinely good people. Oh, should probably mention the roof and gutters hadn't been touched for six years and after a few hours, were better than when we moved into our brand new house. And not a speck of dirt or debris was left behind. Could not recommend enough!!!

This group of hard working guys and gals provided an excellent service. The communication, punctuality and professionalism was great! The cost was reasonable and very happy with the quality of the cleaning. I wish we took before and after pictures. We will definitely use them in the future.

I am thoroughly impressed by the work Pacific Shine did on my house. The gutters have never been cleaner, and it siding looks like it was newly painted it's so clean. The biggest stand out though is their seamless delivery and customer service. Would highly recommend!

They de-mossed my 30-year-old roof and
and it looks like the day it was installed. It's a large old house with a high roof and they worked for 10 hours straight and cleaned everything up. They also cleaned the gutters. They arrived on time; the price was fair and the cheerful attitude and work ethic were excellent.

Pacific Shine did a remarkable job of removing moss and mould from our driveway, retaining curbs, patios and back fence. I was at first startled by the cost estimate, but decided to go ahead with the work. I am very glad I did. They had a good team, worked for 4 hours, and the work was thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Justin power washed my driveway. It cost less than expected and he did it fast which we needed. Now it is sparkling clean!

Taylor and Kaellie were great to have here removing years of moss buildup on our roof. They were gentle with the roof tiles, were thorough and at the end of the day did a really good clean up job. They were both easy to talk with and friendly. A few days later Kaellie returned to power wash the driveway and sidewalk. Again a complete and careful job. Driveway never looked so good! Looking forward to patio and sidewalks being done by them this spring.
