Jon was absolutely great in the initial meetings with him. I even recommended him to a couple of friends. After the agreement was signed, that's when the problems happened and he started to not follow through on his word. He wanted to get my insurance paperwork and told me he'd return them in my mailbox. Never did. He told me they'd do a roof drop for my supplies. He never did. I literally have cords coming out of my siding from when the roof was replaced. He still hasn't come to take care of those. For some inside work I needed done, the day he told me he had someone coming for my drywall, I waited around. After calling Jon, he said his guy called out. No communication about it prior to me calling him. He's had my window screens for two months. I have a list of things that needs to be done on my service agreement from two months ago. No communication about it. Really, really poor communication from this company. Work with them at your own risk!

I want to start by saying that this was our first time making a claim on anything and I was led to believe by many people that it was a nightmare of a process. Pacific Roofing was one of many companies that reached out right away to be of service. They sent a Sales Rep Mr. Brewer over at my convenience and walked me through the entire process with my insurance company, their side of the roof replacement and damage assessment, and even contacted my insurance company on my behalf when completed to that I was able to get a significant adjustment to lower my monthly premiums. They were with me for the whole process always checking in and asking what they could do to help make the process as painless;ess as possible. The entire time their company reps continued to say, We just want you to get your roof and home fixed so your family feels safe again and you're protected. Then we'll go over everything else. Knowing they cared about that aspect put me at ease. They did a very thorough assessment and worked through multiple adjusters my insurance sent out, and got everything processed quickly and efficiently. Once it was set, the day of installation, they put the new roof on in about 4 hours! The crew ate lunch quick and then cleaned up everything they had on our ground and the neighbors yards. Then later that day the sales rep returned and reviewed the crew's work and made sure I was satisfied with their work. They got replacement siding that was supposed to be delayed for 4-8 weeks, in 2 weeks and assembled it onto my house within 5 days of it getting there, again on my schedule. I cannot recommend this company enough to everyone and have already recommended several people. They are a local company that does business the right way.

We used Pacific Roofing for our roof and gutters this past year and the experience was great. They seamlessly walked us through the process and quality of work was exceptional. We highly recommend Pacific Roofing.

Observed one of their company trucks driving recklessly near Center street. Please tell your employees that when a traffic light isn't working, they treat it as a stop sign. Saw truck blaze through several intersection where the traffic lights had no power, they didn't even attempt to slow down. If you're employees don't know basic traffic laws, I wouldn't trust them to work on my roof.

Our house sustained hail damage, and Pacific Roofing repaired the roof promptly with excellent communication. I believe Pacific Roofing did a commendable job. Thanks, Ryan.

As a business owner myself I know that your actions make an impression about how you do business. Pacific Roofing replaced our neighbors roof last week. I'm sure they did a fine job but they left a mess in the surrounding neighbor's lawns. I would not have thought that I would have to ask them to clean up after themselves but I did and even left them a voicemail at the number on their Google page asking them to clean up before they left the job site and gave them permission to go in my back yard to pick up everything that blew over the fence. Well, the next day I went out and picked everything up myself. Plastic strips, tar paper, broken roof boards, trim pieces, nails, etc. Enough to fill two plastic grocery bags.

Hope you learn a lesson from this.

Ryan's pricing was far superior to the competition, and he worked with us to get a discount on our homeowners insurance(State Farm) by providing all the necessary documentation to them(we went with "storm proof" shingles at his recommendation).

Couldn't be happier with the work Pacific Roofing completed on my parents home. Jason worked closely with them and their insurance company throughout the process. From start to finish Pacific Roofing did exactly what they said they would do. Based on my parents experience, I went with Pacific Roofing to repair damage to my roof. After I contacted them, Jason was there the next day with a very fair estimate and the work was completed right away. Would definitely recommend.

Since we were doing our new roof on our own dime, we felt like we needed to be extra cautious about our choice of roofing companies. We got several bids and Pacific came in right in the middle. Ryan was very attentive during the whole process, but NEVER pushy.

The company had my best interest in mind. Rob worked with my insurance company to get the best possible repairs and price that can be done. I live in a another state from the job site and was concerned to find a company that can repair the roof without supervision from me and I can trust to get the job done right. Well I FOUND THEM.!!. I am so grateful that I found this company! Both Robb and Jason were very thorough when they did their inspection. They even found damage that my insurance adjuster didn't notice and helped me get it covered by my insurance. Seriously this is the company to call!

Robb made my claim process simple and pleasant. I didn't have to worry about anything. I am very happy with this company and I would highly recommend using them.

Where do I begin? Our roof was damaged in a July hail storm and Dan Schorg with Pacific Roofing come out the same time as our insurance adjuster. When talking to Dan we made it very clear that we had additional requests beyond the scope of our insurance claim such as adding gutter guards. Dan assured us multiple times that it would be done. Dan also gave us an estimated date when the work would begin and said we'd get a call the day before the materials would arrive so we could keep our driveway clear. We never we're notified about the materials they just showed up in our driveway mid October. We were never notified about when the work would begin, came home from work with the crew already on our roof. When the work was "completed" we noticed that none of the gutters had been replaced and it wasn't until we made phone calls that they got done in December. After that we noticed that the gutter guards we requested we're never put on. We made many attempts to speak with Dan to resolve the issue with the gutter guards but he was always to busy to discuss and would say he'd call later then never would. Our first statement requesting payment was put in our door on December 20st with a due date of November 15. The statement wasn't itemized and gave no breakdown of what was charged. After multiple requests for an itemized statement our dealings with Dan have gone from bad to worse with him most recently hanging up on us. At this point we have no choice but to pay the bill without the work we requested being done and will chalk it up as a lesson learned.

TL;DR Don't trust a word these people say. They will tell you anything to get you to sign on the line.

Pacific Roofing was a pleasure to work with. They explained everything thoroughly and got the job done in a timely manner. I've already recommended them to family and friends.

If I could give 0 stars I would,Jason and Robb do not like confrontation and are not licensed as a contractor in the State of Nebraska per the Contractor Registration Act. As a U.S. Army Veteran, I thought I would have been treated with dignity and respect, that wasn’t the case. Pacifiic Roofing worked my insurance claim and didn’t complete some of the jobs, (deck pressure wash and staining, a/c combing, garage door and install storm door and install, just to name a few). They credited us for the job, but neglected to pay out the profit for those jobs, until I, the homeowner said something and they adjusted the job to ensure I received the 8% profit they would have received for doing it. They also “forgot” to install the fascia behind the gutters. I pijt d out that the linear feet installed didnt match what was on the claim. They were going to profit over $2,600 dollars on that project. I was “had” by these guys, don’t be like we were. Do your research don’t take their word for it.
