Mike Bianco of Pacific Ridge Roofing was on top of everything with our urgent need to replace the leaking roof of our home. Mike is wonderful to work with, knowledgeable, flexible, and communicative. Jose and the rest of the crew were just as stellar and Mike. Mike and his team at Pacific Ridge recently completed a new roof on our home, converting it from asphalt shingle to standing seam metal. I solicited several bids and found Mike to be honest, knowledgeable, and transparent. He was very willing to answer questions via phone or text, and I didn’t have to go through layers of salespeople or office staff like with some of the larger companies we spoke with. Their pricing was competitive and their communication and execution during the project were excellent. Because of the size of our house and the challenges of converting from asphalt to metal, our project took 3 weeks. We had some significant rain during the project and they were very careful to monitor the weather. Due to their expertise we had no leaks. Mikes team kept the job site clean and were very professional and respectful. We are also very pleased with the finished product. The roof is beautiful and really augments the appearance of our home. When I bought my first home, I had Mike and Pacific Ridge Roofing replace the garage roof. He and his team replied in a very timely manner and completed the project all for a good price. I also needed several repairs done on the separate roof of my home a few years later. He was able to complete those jobs quickly as well and did a great job. Last Spring we contracted to have a new metal roof and gutters screens installed. Pacific Ridge put the new metal roof on in record time. Mike and his team did an outstanding job. But our mistake was contracting with a different company to do the gutter screens. That didn’t go well, we should have had Mike’s team do the whole thing. Mike tried to help the other contractor out and added additional anchors. Only with Mike and Better Business Bureau’s help did we finally get gutter screens. It took 6 months. Thanks to Mike for all his help!!!

After getting 3 other quotes, I noticed my neighbor getting their roof done. I thought “ sure why not get another quote.” Mike responded quick and gave me his estimate! The price was right, but what I loved was:
1. The shingles I researched were similar in brand

2. Amount of extra plywood was similar as others,.

But Pacific Ridge came in a bit less than others! I was like “really”

I had a great experience getting a new roof from Pacific Ridge Roofing. Out of all of the bids I received, Mike's bid was one of only two that fully understood the scope of the work. And of the two accurate bids, Mike's was slightly less expensive while using better materials.

Mike is very knowledgeable about roofing, and he was happy to go over all of the options with me to help me really understand what I was needing. His crew was fast and detail oriented, there were no delays or extra charges, and they did a great job at cleaning up when they were finished. Mike checked in with me during the roofing installation, just to make sure that I was happy and to answer any new questions that I had.

The new roof looks great! If I ever need to get a new roof in the future, the first thing I will do is call Mike at Pacific Ridge.

This is the second time we have used Pacific Ridge Roofing to replace our roof. This time was for a rental house. Mike and his crew once again did an excellent job and the roof looks great!!

We had a chronic problem with water coming through our roof and leaking into our nook. It was coming in where two roof surfaces came together in a valley. Typically it was caused by ice dams during freezing weather but it also happened when we had heavy rains. I put heat cable on the roof (on the roof and in the valley) which helped with ice but just added to the problem when it rained hard (debris getting caught in the cable mounting points). Mike and his crew came out and installed an Ice and Water shield. He said I would no longer need the heat cable which is great. They also fixed or replaced some broken vents and added support under an unsupported sheet of underlayment. I checked out the repair job afterwards and you can hardly tell where the repair was done (the new shingles are a little cleaner but that will change soon enough). Not a single piece of debris was found after they left. Very pleased with Pacific Ridge Roofing. Reasonably priced and top-quality work. If you have water leaks or need any roof repair, give them a call. you won't be sorry!

Had Pacicic Ridge Roofing out to replace my aging metal garage roof, decided to change to a comp roof to match the house, plus needed the metal siding on one side of the garage to be replaced. Mike and his crew did a great job, on time, here everyday, cleaned up each day, finished as scheduled. Mike always returned phone calls promptly and stop by to check on the work. Competitive bid as well.

They got right back to me and were super stoked to do this project. It was in the off season for the league, and around holiday times, however they were able to find time to get out and finish the project in a timely manner. The quality of work was outstanding, and every encounter with them was very personable. Mike was amazing! It was pouring outside and, unfortunately, inside (ok, slightly dramatic) and he arranged to come by same day, identified the issue (a missing plug on an old exhaust pipe), went to the store and fixed it. Right away! Fingers crossed this is fixing the problem, but if not I will use them again.

We had a very difficult project. An old farm house that doesn't have a square corner anywhere with a very steep roof. Very tough project for a metal roof. Mike and his crew were very affordable and did a great job. The attic office is much cooler in the summer since the white metal roof was installed. Couldn't be happier.

I had new bird block vents installed for increase ventilation to my attic. In the pouring rain, these guys were here right on time to knock out this project in a matter of hours. They left my place spotless after completing the project. The vents look really good and with new blown insulation going into my attic, the heating / air system efficiency will be at it's peak level, saving me a lot of money in utility fees, keeping my residence nice and cozy.
