Jordan Root at Pacific Gutter installed new gutters on my 110 year old house. There were a number of barriers due to the architecture, but he solved the problems and I am so happy with the result. No more constant worry about my son risking his life on a ladder, getting the leaves out of the gutters and downspouts. The new gutters and downspouts are twice the size of the ancient ones, they don't get clogged, and the color is perfect. I am so delighted with the result.

Called Pacific Gutter to get an estimate on gutter replacement. When Jordan, their representative arrived, I’d already obtained estimates from some of the well known gutter companies that are similar to Gutter Shutter. Jordan was phenomenal. He covered all aspects of their system and how it compared to these other companies to include samples. Clearly this type of gutter system is pricey however, just looking at the samples sold me on the quality of the material they use. Once I contacted Jordan and let him know he had my business, Jordan set up the installation to coincide with the replacement of my roof. Outstanding! The installers arrived on time and got to work right away. Clearly very qualified and their workmanship was meticulous not to mention very friendly. They worked without taking a break on one of the hottest days of the year. When the job was finished and they had left, the property was so clean it was like they were never there. I don’t typically write reviews unless the work or item is outstanding. This product is outstanding. I would highly recommend Pacific Gutter Service as well as Gutter Shutter.

I am very excited to get Gutter Shutters installed on our beach house. He identified several issues and will make sure they are remediated as part of the installation. Our GutterShutter is a great value! The product representative provided all the information we needed to make a well informed decision. No pressure and as much information as we wanted. The product design and quality are excellent. The installation went extremely well. It compliments the look of our house very nicely. The crew of two were in and out in about four hours. They were neat, clean, and let us know what to expect. They had to work over some heavily planted garden areas and were able to while protecting our plants. The cleanup afterwards was perfect. Just had my new Gutter Shutters installed by the Pacific Gutter Company. I originally was consulted by Jason Mohr who was professional and suoer efficient and showed me pictures of my current situation, which was dire. He then explained the process and my mother selected the gutter color. He made us an appointment for two days later. The installation just left. They did an amazing job and cleaned up everything. I looked at my gutters in comparison to my neighbors and ours are flawless. It's a true set it and forget it job. I am extremely happy with the entire process and couldn't recommend them more.

This product seems to be about the best thing going to keep leaves and debris out of your gutters and keep them from getting plugged up. Financing was quick and easy with many options to choose from. During construction of a home addition we encountered lots of sub contractors. When the need came for gutters we called Pacific Gutter. Jason came out and showcased a solution for the new construction, advised on the current gutters and a presentation on point. That’s what decades of experience gets you. Install was quick and efficient. I did have to police up some items, like hardware and metal pieces. I pointed out a couple of areas that needed adjusting and the installer took care of them.

I recently got several quotes for gutter replacement. By far, Jason Mohr was the most professional and completed the most thorough review of my gutter system. I only gave 4 stars because they are also the most expensive. But, I am a believer of you get what you pay for. There doesn’t seem to be a gutter system that is completely maintenance free, but with the lifetime guarantee from Pacific Gutter I was sold.

Pros: Jason was great! The company knows their stuff. The product is a tank compared to anything else.
Cons: It’s a little less than the other guys but still pricey. Definitely not a “do it again in ten years” investment.

My home is situated under some large Douglas Fir trees, with maple & oak trees close by. I called Pacific Gutters and made an appointment. A few days later Phoenix Shanahan arrived. He brought samples of the Gutter Shutter System and also brought samples of their competitors products. It was pretty clear that the Gutter Shutter System was by far more superior, and they guarantee they won't plug up. If they do, they will unplug them for free.
We ordered them and within a week they were installed by company expert installers in about 5 hours. They also took the old gutters away.
So far, we are very satisfied with Pacific Gutters and their team!

Pacific Gutters worked with our contractor to complete facia repairs and replace the new gutters in a timely manner. Just before the next rain, a day later. Our 45-year-old house had the original gutters. When it rained, the gutters overflowed – dripping over the edge.

We called Pacific Gutter Company for a quote. Jordan R. arrived at our front door and smiled when he said, “I see why you have contacted us.” It was raining – and you got it – the gutter overflow was dripping on him.

I own a two story home next to a neighbor with a huge tree that drops leaves on my roof and property.
