I had the most pleasant experience with Pacific Gutter Company. I met with general manager, Emre, who was so open and honest. He gave me guidance on what I needed and where I could make cuts to still get a fantastic gutter solution within my budget. He wasn’t pushy at all and he thought of details and solutions that other companies hadn’t. He spent several hours in pouring rain with me to make the best plan for my gutter replacement. He, Ryan and Cylas came out several days after the initial consult for a day and a half install and they did an amazing job. They were so detail-oriented, polite, and friendly. Met with Jason Mohr who is a Sales Consultant for Pacific Gutter and was extremely impressed with his presentation of the Gutter Shutter product line. He went over every detail of the product and the installation process, answered all of my questions. I was extremely satisfied with the information that he provided, he is not a high pressure salesperson, very knowledgeable about his business and made my decision to go with his product very easy.

We had Jason Mohr out to give us an estimate on the Gutter Shutter system, since we've had multiple issues with our existing gutters being unable to handle the volume of water coming into them during the rainy season.

Jason was friendly and patient with us, explaining in detail how Gutter Shutter works and its differences from other gutter solutions, and answered all of our many questions. He spent several hours making sure we were confident with our choices and never put pressure on us to commit. We are looking forward to having our new system installed!

Jason is very knowledgable and generous with his time. Every house has its story, and he was obviously interested in making a good match between Pacific Gutter and this house. Jordan Root at Pacific Gutter installed new gutters on my 110 year old house. There were a number of barriers due to the architecture, but he solved the problems and I am so happy with the result. No more constant worry about my son risking his life on a ladder, getting the leaves out of the gutters and downspouts. The new gutters and downspouts are twice the size of the ancient ones, they don't get clogged, and the color is perfect. I am so delighted with the result.

Called Pacific Gutter to get an estimate on gutter replacement. When Jordan, their representative arrived, I’d already obtained estimates from some of the well known gutter companies that are similar to Gutter Shutter. Jordan was phenomenal. He covered all aspects of their system and how it compared to these other companies to include samples. Clearly this type of gutter system is pricey however, just looking at the samples sold me on the quality of the material they use. Once I contacted Jordan and let him know he had my business, Jordan set up the installation to coincide with the replacement of my roof. Outstanding! The installers arrived on time and got to work right away. Clearly very qualified and their workmanship was meticulous not to mention very friendly. They worked without taking a break on one of the hottest days of the year. When the job was finished and they had left, the property was so clean it was like they were never there. I don’t typically write reviews unless the work or item is outstanding. This product is outstanding. I would highly recommend Pacific Gutter Service as well as Gutter Shutter.

I had a great experience working with Jason Mohr at Pacific Gutter. He really listened to my concerns and spent a good deal of time exploring my roof and patio cover where I had problems with rain overflow. The final project is more expensive than the quote I got from another company, but I feel confident that I am getting a better solution with quality materials.

Jason Mohr made me fell comfortable right away. He laid out the scope of project in a manner that any layperson could understand. I am very excited to get Gutter Shutters installed on our beach house. He identified several issues and will make sure they are remediated as part of the installation. He made me feel confident this was the correct system. It will alleviate a lot of issues that we experience living at the beach, such as excess water, wind, and pine needles. Our GutterShutter is a great value! The product representative provided all the information we needed to make a well informed decision. No pressure and as much information as we wanted. The product design and quality are excellent. The installation went extremely well. It compliments the look of our house very nicely. The crew of two were in and out in about four hours. They were neat, clean, and let us know what to expect. They had to work over some heavily planted garden areas and were able to while protecting our plants. The cleanup afterwards was perfect. I can't praise Pacific Gutter enough for their excellent work - completely satisfied!

Just had my new Gutter Shutters installed by the Pacific Gutter Company. I originally was consulted by Jason Mohr who was professional and suoer efficient and showed me pictures of my current situation, which was dire. He then explained the process and my mother selected the gutter color. He made us an appointment for two days later. The installation just left. They did an amazing job and cleaned up everything. I looked at my gutters in comparison to my neighbors and ours are flawless. It's a true set it and forget it job. I am extremely happy with the entire process and couldn't recommend them more.

Jason Mohr got us squared away on a new gutter system as ours was pulling away from the roof and was in terrible shape. This product seems to be about the best thing going to keep leaves and debris out of your gutters and keep them from getting plugged up. Financing was quick and easy with many options to choose from. During construction of a home addition we encountered lots of sub contractors. When the need came for gutters we called Pacific Gutter. Jason came out and showcased a solution for the new construction, advised on the current gutters and a presentation on point. That’s what decades of experience gets you. No pressure, the product speaks for itself. Containing the water runoff is super important!! Install was quick and efficient. I did have to police up some items, like hardware and metal pieces. I pointed out a couple of areas that needed adjusting and the installer took care of them.

I recently got several quotes for gutter replacement. By far, Jason Mohr was the most professional and completed the most thorough review of my gutter system. I only gave 4 stars because they are also the most expensive. But, I am a believer of you get what you pay for. There doesn’t seem to be a gutter system that is completely maintenance free, but with the lifetime guarantee from Pacific Gutter I was sold.

Travis (salesman) will answer all your questions even after the installation is done. The crew is amazing and will check anything after the work is done to make sure everything is properly done. Highly recommend them, it might be a little more pricey than other companies but it is worth every penny
