The problem was a gutter leaking and water running down a window on the second floor.
Oregon Gutter services quickly responded to my call and sent Jose to check out the leak.
Jose knew exactly how to fix the leak, and double checked that he fixed the leak by using a hose to run water in the gutter.
No more leak!! He used a durable sealant and added some metal flashing to do the repair.
I am super pleased with the results.
I highly recommend Jose to fix any gutter problems. He is an outstanding young man who wants to do a great job, and he did. I will definitely call again for any future gutter problems.

Jose came out and evaluated a downspout leak issue; turns out the vertical drain section was just at the wrong height; so he just fixed it on the spot in about 15 minutes, and didn’t even charge me.

The estimator was very knowledgeable and suggested and discussed options for my repair. Communication with then office was prompt and easy.

Good repair on the gutters + excellent job cleaning them. Removed most of the moss and applied a powder that has dissolved and hopefully will keep our roof moss-free. Great job.

They were able to schedule an estimate for the day after I called. Jose called half an hour before he arrived and quickly got on the roof to complete the estimate. There was debris from having the roof done this past spring blocking one of the gutters and he removed it while he was up there. He was honest with me and said the gutters were clean. I'm not quite sure why my experience was so difficult. Oregon Gutter Service missed four appointments to do a small gutter job for me over about a month. In two cases, I wasn't even notified ahead of time. They simply didn't show up. They also said the minimum charge was $450 (of which I paid half up front). In the end, I canceled the service and hired another company - which charged only $250 for the job. Finally, without asking, they put a sign on my yard at the beginning of the whole episode

On the plus side, they were apologetic and refunded my down payment very promptly.

I appreciated the quick response to come take a look at my project. In the end, I did not hire any service. Oregon Gutter Service gave me excellent advice!

Had to reschedule first appointment since their first job overran, but let me know as soon as it was clear they would run out of time (good communication). Next appointment was early in the day and prompt arrival. The two man crew were extremely professional and personable. The extra remedial work I thought would be hacked about in situ was achieved by removing, re-trimming nearly and reinstalling. What would have taken me a whole day to do badly was done beautifully in about an hour. Would definitely use again.

As a contractor myself, my expectations are higher than average, and have seen truly awful work by other gutter companies. The techs were on time, friendly, the progressive die machine was in excellent condition- meaning razor sharp folds, no scratching of the powder coating. The installation of the gutters were flawless, and I looked VERY closely at the install. I am happy to say I found a new gutter company.

We desperately needed all of our gutters replaced and Oregon Gutter Service was fantastic. They replaced all of our gutters and installed gutter shields in a mere day and a half. They went above and beyond to ensure that our fascia was in good shape, our downspouts were relocated to better drainage positions that still blended in well with our exterior, and cleaned up after their work very well. Nightmare experience... Avoid this company if you can!
Back in September our upper gutter detached from our house and needed immediate repair. I called several companies and Portland Gutter was the first to reply. We waited a month until an estimator could arrive (Mid October). The estimator, Lucas, was very positive and reassured us that they can fix and clean our gutters for $1,000. We were thrilled and we signed a contract and paid 50%. The first available appointment was November 22. They never called and never showed up. For 4 weeks, we danced between rescheduling and continued no-shows. Finally on December 20th, a crew of 2 guys showed up and after 45 minutes they explained that they were unable to repair the detached gutter and they could not safely access the second floor gutters. Understandably, I was frustrated.

Lucas contacted us later that night to say he was reducing our invoice by $100 to $900 total. I was livid and started a dispute as the work was not completed and the tiny bit of gutter cleaning was done poorly (see attached photos AFTER they were supposedly cleaned!). After another week of calls and emails. Our bill was reduced to $291.

We have thrown up our hands. I cannot recommend this company and do not understand why their reviews are so highly rated.

I was a particular customer having been a retired commercial roofer by trade. I have to give credit where credit is deserved. Everyone in this company, from the woman who responded to my initial request for a quote, to the estimator, to the crew who actually replaced my old gutters in the rear of my house. Where all very professional, timely, respectful. Every thing particular to my job was achieved to my complete satisfaction. Even my wife was so impressed we decided that we called them back to get the remaining gutters replaced which will make the curb appeal much better when we decide to sell our home. We had our complete rain gutter system replaced by Oregon Gutter Service. Everything went as expected and the finished job is great. The crew who did the tear off and install worked hard and cleaned up well afterwards. My only problem with the experience was the communication with the company. It seems to me that they could take some time to keep contact. Then, when the job was done, I handed the crew chief a check for my balance and didn't hear from the office until 10 days later when I got an invoice showing a balance due. It took me two calls before the check was suddenly deducted from my checking account. There has been no "paid in full" invoice or follow up. A+ to the install crew. C to the office and paper work.

They took months to finally come install the gutter we ordered, but it was not the color we expected. We were going off pictures on their website and they do not correspond to what the colors are like in real life. They offered to send samples, but they never followed through on actually providing us with color samples. We paid extra for a colored gutter and now will have to paint it to get it to be correct. Customer service was not helpful - they just wanted to argue rather then work with the customer.

Crew arrived on time and got right to work. Very friendly and professional. New gutters installed and they look great, color is a perfect match. The leaf guard they added will make life easier. Very satisfied overall.

POGS handled my service request on time, in a professional manor and very swiftly! The only feedback I would give is during the quote my adviser did not notify me of his arrival time (as noted) and once the quote was given he unexpectedly drove off without checking out with me on next step or scheduling. Sure that may be policy but expecting customers to know that is foolish, when communication may be a priority. Otherwise I am happy with the value and job performance.

We had a smooth experience with Oregon Gutter Service in estimation, communication and installation of the new gutters. The snag came when I climbed onto the roof and discovered standing water in the new gutters due to lack of drainage (the downspout was not clogged).

The not so good:

- There is standing water, 1/3 to 1/4 inch deep, at the bottom of two newly installed gutters due to lack of drainage.
- Contacted the company, got the following reply: "Normal to have up to 1 inch of water standing in the gutters"

The good:

- Easy communication with the main office.
- Quick and professional estimate for the job. All questions answered. And this was around Christmas time when it is hard to get someone to come over.
- Quick service: crew did the job in less than a week after the estimate.
- The crew was clean and professional.
- The new gutters look nice, are sloped away from the house, so that any overflow will drain away from the house.
- The new gutters are working well, there is no overflow even in the downpour rains.

Details:

- Standing water, 1/3 to 1/4 inch deep, remains at the bottom of the gutter alongside the entire 24 foot length of the newly installed south-facing gutter due to lack of drainage.
- About two-thirds of the length of the newly installed west-facing gutter has standing water in it as well.
- At the same time, the newly installed east-facing gutter drains properly and dries out.
- Contacted the company, got the following reply from the office in about a week's time after submitting the pictures of standing water in the gutters:
"Normal to have up to 1 inch of water standing in the gutters"

Called last week and they said they'd be out Tuesday. They came 2PM and were done before 5. This was a full home gutter replacement. Fine job and great value.

Our new gutters were poorly installed and have not been draining properly. I've been trying to have someone come out and address this for over one month now, calling multiple times a week, and have only been hearing the same thing from the front office about how they will leave a message with dispatch and have someone get back to me as soon as possible. I'm appalled by the lack of regard for customer service, and want a refund at this point. It's not too much to hope for functioning gutters after buying brand new ones in August. Very Disappointed.

On 09/07/19 due to pitch of roof water ran over gutter guards. I contacted the office and they responded in 24 hrs to make slight adjustments. No problem with material or install just a steep roof.

The quote for replacing a gutter for one side of the house and cleaning out the other gutters seemed fair and a discount taken later for senior status helped. The team of two arrived on time, worked well together, were friendly and polite, and got the job done, as well as cleaning up any mess.

Oregon Gutter Service guys showed up when they said, did the work we asked for, including an extra downspout repair, and cleaned up after themselves. We won't know for sure if everything works until it rains again, but we're hopeful we've addressed our eaves issues.

Good service. Quality job. Were willing to work on a small building with not great access with no complaints. Were willing to make a schedule change one day prior to existing schedule with no problems. Reasonably priced.

I contracted Oregon Gutter Service to replace my back gutters and add a downspout. I paid 1/2 of the bid up front. My new gutters were supposed to be installed on November 16th. So far, no new gutters and I am getting the run around from them about when the installation will happen. I would NOT recommend doing business with these people. While others may have had a good experience, mine has been terrible and I suspect fraud.

Oregon gutters were great. I had them install gutters on a 20' gazebo and the corners came out fantastic. This company also installed gutters on my 36x40' shop and house, and I haven't had any problems yet. Also, they had the best prices out of all the companies I had quoted on.
