Great job done by PNW ProWash on 10+ year old roof and 35 year old house. Place looks almost new. We did a top down cleaning, including the window. Everything, including the gutters is sparkling clean. Thank you to Dallas and Braddock for doing such a great job.

Quick quote and got on their schedule quickly. There is great relief having the gutters cleaned. We look forward to having their help with more maintenance on our two story home in the future.

Once again, I chose Pacific Northwest Prowash to have my metal roofs cleaned, as well as my large skylight over my kitchen. The two technicians (Collin & Dillon) were professional as ever, and very efficient in the process. My hose is surrounded by tall Cedars, Hemlocks, and Douglas Firs, so the sap from the trees stuck some of the needles, etc. to the metal. The solutions used ensured such materials were removed from the roofs. They were able to clean the steep metal roofs without walking on them. The price was reasonable.

Pro Wash took care of our cement TILE covered roof, then washed the gutters and facia boards and pressure washed our TREK deck. The 2 young men were very knowledgable and helped with a broken ridge tile as well. Highly recommend their service!

Highly recommend! Everyone was professional and friendly! Having our lights installed was the best decision. I didn't have to worry about my husband on the roof, and we didn't have to find time in our busy holiday schedules to put them up or take them down! The lights looked great, and the timer was perfect.

My roof looked like a living moss project.
After application the moss was visibly dead and will certainly disappear following some rain and wind.
They cleaned up after clearing my gutters. One downspout was plugged in the gutter side with an item that washed off my roof. Others were just fine.
They guarantee the work. I’m sure we both don’t want to deal with that. Based on how dead the moss was I don’t think it will come back.
I’m considering them to do a whole house siding wash so I can repaint. In PNW it turns green if it’s outside! Recommend getting your roof cleaned. Helps keep gutters clean too.

Got our Christmas lights installed this last year and every one was awesome to work with. From getting a quote, to the install and removal/storage everything and everyone was great. Lights looked amazing, received many compliments and will refer them to anyone looking for Christmas lights or any other services they offer. It's always great finding a local company who are friendly, communicate well, and do a great job!

These guys are the most friendly, professional folks around. I have never splurged on something like having lights installed, but admittedly, we're not as young as we used to be and I had lights put up as a Christmas present for my husband. I highly recommend ProWash. They were immediately responsive to my request, gave an estimate within 3 days, came to do the job in a few days, each step texting me along the way with an update. Dallas, the one doing the job, did an awesome job. My roof is clean and my driveway and walkway which are aggregate look brand new. They told me price charged was very fair, too.

When PNW Pro Wash installs my Christmas lights, they're put up to fit my roof line perfectly without the extra cord whipping in the wind. They are licensed and bonded so no worries should the unthinkable happen I won't be sued. They provide new bulbs every year and the storage of my lighting strings are included in the price. While it might feel expensive, it far out weighs the possibility of my medical bills and lost time at my job should I survive a fall from my 2nd story roof. They're always polite and helpful. It's taken me several years to slowly buy my way around my house as that was the best financial way for me to do it. I'm finally enjoying and just paying for installation and take down. It's worth it. You won't be disappointed if you chose to use PNW Pro Wash. They also replace any bulbs that go out over the holiday season. Included in the price as well of course.

We are a PUD of townhouses and we had a wonderful experience working with first Cole with the bid and then his crew Dallas and Dylan to complete the work. Dallas and Dylan did a wonderful soft wash on first our roofs then came back to clean all the concrete flat work more aggressively. They had to work with many types of personalities and they did great! We're looking forward to having them come back!

Price was decent, but seems about par. If you pay, at least get a good job done. I was satisfied. My roof was steep and another guy scheduled, was more $$$ and left because the roof was too strep??? (Is is a roof and gutter guy from Bellingham, (hint)). I will use again. David

I’m finally at the age where I won’t do ladders on the roof, so I was thrilled when I found the PNW ProWash team. Everyone, from the estimator to the installers, has been super friendly and responsive. The guys - Dallas & Jim- who did the light install checked in with me several times to make sure they were meeting my expectations and vision for my house. I am super happy with the results, and will hire them in the spring to soft-wash my house & do my windows.

The estimate was a pleasant process. Cole was knowledgable and kind. I give him 5/5 stars. The actual work did not impress me commensurate with the price I was paying. It seemed like a rushed job. Poor attention to detail and though Cole said that the workers would move anything else that needed to be moved, they didn’t. (I moved everything that was obvious.) They ended up dumping a bunch of gutter/roof debris onto my kayaks and ladders. So, I’ll be pulling out my own pressure washer this weekend to finish the job. 3/5 stars for the labor.

Pacific nw prowash did a excellent job cleaning my roof. There was a couple hard to see areas that they missed but they made a 2nd trip out and retreated and cleaned within just a few days. I am very pleased with their service.

They put up our Christmas lights. They did an excellent job and the installation was better done than in the past. They used ingenuity in getting electricity to far off places.

Our house looks wonderful with our professionally installed Christmas lights. We're so glad we decided to to call Pacific NW ProWash. The service was friendly and professional, relatively quick, and the results are everything we wished for! They provide the lights (and a lighted wreath for us), do the installation, set the auto timers they provide, do the takedown in January, and store our new lights at their facility for next year. I called Pacific Northwest ProWash because I needed my gutters cleaned and some moss prevention on my roof. They were quick to respond to my inquiry as well as present me with an estimate in person. I had the job done within a couple of days at a very fair price. I would hire them again!

PNW ProWash has cleaned our roof before. This time: exterior windows. Dallas completed them and the result was even better than I expected. A large eagle was headed for our dining room but luckily veered off before hitting! Thanks to Dallas for a great job.
