We had a wonderful experience, they are extremely knowledgeable and made choosing a fan very easy. We are usually slow to decide but this took us about 15 min since they had all the answers to our questions and all the fans on display to see and hear and feel. highly recommend going here for your ceiling fan.

I feel like this is a"you get what you pay for" situation. These fans cost a little bit more than the big stores but the sales people are professionals and give great advice, and the fans are excellent quality. I'll come back here again when we do our next job.

Read great reviews and wanted to check out their fans and customer service. Yesterday I walked in and Richard (owner) listened to my needs and gave me options. His expertise gave me answers I was pleased with. After narrowing down my choices he also gladly got the light fixture I wanted and held it up to the fan so I could visualize the look. That sold me and I purchased the fan, light & remote customized just for me. I opted for installation and by chance Ritchie (electrician) just walked in so i met him and we scheduled an appointment next week. By chance Ritchie called me had an opening so he came and installed. My fan is beautiful and cools the room perfectly. Pacific Ceiling Fans is the best place to get your quality fans with excellent customer service that will not disappoint! Big Mahalo Richard for your help!

When we moved into our newly built home in the '80s, there were no overhead lights in the bedrooms and living room. We had to use floor and table lamps for lighting. We decided to purchase ceiling fans with light kits.
We bought one for the master bedroom and another for the living room. Both were bought at Pacific Ceiling Fans and installed by Chris K. one of their installers. When our daughters got older, we bought fans with light kits for their bedrooms.
Recently, the one in our living room went on the blink. We had many good years with that fan, so we decided to replace it. Went back to Pacific today and bought a replacement.
Richard and Blaine gave us a lot of information about the new fans that they have. Great customer service. Listened to what we wanted and they made suggestions. We're happy with the prices for the fan, light kit and remote. Just waiting for Chris to do installation. He's been doing it since our original fans were put in. He did all the wiring in 3 bedrooms and the living room, and set everything up. I'm sure the removal and installation on this fan will be a breeze for him. Great price, too.
If you need a ceiling fan, this is the place to go. We're 30 plus years very satisfied customers. Our go to ceiling fan shop.

Was shopping for a ceiling fan. Was planning on buying from Home Depot, but reading the low reviews for each fan i looked at, I was worried. It didn't seem to be able to connect to a light switch and dim ... operates by remote only. Or the remote was just too basic -2 buttons one for fan and one for light. I heard about this place from my uncle - a retired electrician and so glad. I explained what i wanted and they pointed me out to several fans in the color i wanted. They showed me everything and gave me a list of electricians in case I wasn't comfortable. I would go back and get my next one there.

I didn’t get much info when I shopped there recently. I have purchased four fans from there over the years, but I didn’t deal with anyone memorable, but they gave me enough info because I went back. This time I was disappointed because the fellow helping me was not very informative about the new fans available and the performance differences, so I left...and went to their competitor next door.
