Pacesetter Construction has been a great contractor to work with while they built Kuehne Companies new 2nd story offices and control room. Tom Knapp specifically has been a great communicator, he's very organized, and he has expertise in his field. He's been patient when we've changed our minds and is honest about the good and the bad. We will be using them for future projects as well!

Tom Knapp is amazing to work with!! He cares for his clients jobs and their outcome in a positive and willing manner. We couldn't have rebuilt our building without his expert guidance and care. I'm hoping to do more projects again with Pacesetter and Tom in the future.

We here at Fultons Fitness( FUL FIT LLC) have used Pacesetters for several projects. The interior for our first full size gym in Milford CT. Also a great Job on our second project, our 1 0n 1 training studio in West Haven Ct. We are now working on our 2 newest biggest projects to come and we are excited to see the out come of two great projects. With the help of Pacesetters Co, we couldn't ask for any thing less then the BEST!

For two years I had attempted to contact metal building professionals. My building had developed rust in an area where gutters were continuously clogged. Nobody followed through or simply didn't return my calls. Finally, I discussed my issue with Tom Knapp of Pacesetter. He was amazingly informative and gave me different options in an attempt to save me money. He ordered the parts and kept me apprised, every step of the way while awaiting delivery. His level of professionalism and courteousness was surprising in todays world where nobody seems approachable. I would recommend Tom anytime!!!
