These guys were amazing. So efficient and work like a well oiled machine. They got our roof taken care of in one day and better than we could have ever dreamed of. Every little detail was taken care of beyond our expectations.

We just had a company called PAC Roofing LLC put a new roof on our house, the owner Doug Tran and his crew showed up bright and early they were very professional experienced and efficient they were able to complete the entire roof in approx 10 hours , we would highly recommend them to anybody who needed a quality roof .

We had a tree limb go through the roof. Called Pac roofing and Doug was out within 30 min and about an hour later the hole was repaired. I can not give enough thanks for how quick and great he was getting it fixed and back to normal! He also gave me a great price. I would highly recommend pac roofing.

Shocking to me to see this place so highly rated on Google. When I called this gentleman on Tuesday, he seemed friendly although when he answered the phone, all he said was hello not presenting himself as the owner of the business. Once I let him know that I was a customer looking for some emergency roof repairs. He agreed that he would come out the following day. He did not show up on Wednesday, called on Thursday to say he was in Oregon and apologize because there was some kind of an emergency. He then proceeded to say he would be there between 11 and one today and then one contacted at 2:30 said I thought the appointment was at 4:30, totally inexcusable. Three missed appointments wasting everyone’s time.

They just finished my beautiful roof within a day and following is my review:

Doug and crew have done a phenomenal job. From the getting the quote to completion of the job, I am very impressed and with their professionalism and efficiency.

Quote stage: Doug was very prompt in arranging a site visit. After the inspection, Doug provided a detailed explanation of the shingles they recommend (one of the highest quality, most reputable shingles on the market), the steps they'd be taking in the work, the warranties and the final price. Doug also explained optional add-ons such as renewing the sky light, being very transparent that there were still 5-6 years life left on them, and did not exert any pressure on me at all to switch them.

Pricing: I've obtained 6 quotes for comparison. Doug provided the most competitive pricing for similar grade shingles, services and workmanship warranty.

Scheduling the work: simple, straightforward. The work was scheduled 2 weeks from the day of signing contract. Doug made sure the weather for the selected days are appropriate to ensure the best work quality.

On site experience: the crew was on time, efficient, polite/keep to themselves and works very clean. We estimated 3 days, and the crew worked super hard and completed job in half the time. They cleaned up the yard and deck before wrapping up each day. Having read so many stories of how messy replacing a roof can be, I am very appreciative of how clean of a job the crew did. Doug was on site to supervise and working with the crew, we had zero interruptions, it was a worry free experience for us and the roof looks beautiful!

This roof will hopefully last till I'm old and grey, however if I ever have to replace the roof again, and Doug is still active in the business, they'd be my first call. Highly recommend!

We had a leak on the roof of our garage. Not having any experience with the process of roof replacement or repairs, I contacted 4 to 5 roofing companies and see who were available to look at my roof. After the first couple, I found out that we needed a full roof replacement, not just repairs. Of all the companies that came to look at our roof, Doug was the most responsive and easiest to talk to about our roof. He went up and inspected our roof. I found him professional, knowledgeable and fairly straight-forward. He then gave me a written estimate right there and then. After going over all estimates we got from 4 or 5 companies, we decided on PAC Roofing. Their pricing was comparable or even lower than the other estimates. I also like the fact that they were using the Malarkey eco-friendly shingles. All these factors sold it for me.

His crew arrived on time early Monday morning. They finished replacing my roof in less than 2 days. They were very respectful of our property and cleaned up after the work was done. For a minimal additional charge, they even replaced some of our rotting fascia boards. I'm thankful to Doug and his crew for making this experience painless. He delivered everything we had agreed upon. We now have a beautiful new roof and won't have to worry about leaks for a long time. I highly recommend PAC Roofing.

From the first call when Doug, the owner, picked up the phone until the finished work and final bill there was integrity and timeliness. He and his team got the initial clean up from the wind damage completed the same day, sealing off the area to prevent additional damage.

The roof and gutters installed look great. The IKO product seems quality. Doug and his crew are very efficient even on my 105 year old home. The pricing is fair. He also installed a tie off for maintenance. Don't go to a roofing company with a marketing budget. They will charge you twice the price of PAC.

His final invoice was the exact price stated on the initial estimate and Doug told us that the roof is guaranteed for 10 years but it should be fine since it is basically a brand new roof.

Doug originally came out on a consult to investigate what we thought was a leak in our roof. Turns out it was just some clogged gutters! Not only did he get on the roof and rake out our gutters in the rain, but he also didn’t charge us for the quick fix. If I could give them ten stars I would. From the time they came to my house for the estimate I was thoroughly impressed with them. I had three companies that I had come and give me bids for my roofing project. They all had very similar descriptions on what needed to be done to complete the roof project. PAC Roofing had the lowest bid by quite a bit and so I went with them. I also had been referred to them by a relative and neighbor who had used them and they were very happy with the wot they had done in their roofs. After choosing PAC Roofing it was a very quick turnaround to get scheduled for them to come and work on the roof. Then the day came and arrived in time and went to work on completing the project. I came home at lunch time just to see how things were going and saw the crew working hard on the roof and then got home around 5:30 and they were already gone and the cleanup was so good that you would have hardly known that they had been there.

PAC roofing company was referred by our family member, and this was one of the best decisions we have ever made. Great work at a great price. I was putting off getting a new roof for a couple of years, but my neighbor came across a gem called PAC Roofing. Quickly, I got some bids for a comparison. I read any reviews that I could find. I researched materials, which different companies were using, and learned more about different aspects of roofing. Doug will tell you that he is not a sales person. He is not. I had a sales man who wanted to sell me every bell and whistle related to roofing and wanted an answer that night. That bid that was over twice as much as PAC Roofing using similar quality materials. Another roofer had a lower bid than PAC Roofing, but it used inferior materials and had hidden costs. Doug was honest, more than fair, and I trusted him. He explained what he was going to do and why. He answered questions. He even helped me pick out the color that I wanted. His crew came out and finished my house and garage in two days. They were friendly and respectful of the property. I had an ex-roofer take a look at it, and he thought PAC Roofing did a great job. The estimate was exactly the price he quoted. I am so glad that I jumped at this opportunity. I hope you will too.

We used PAC roofing services after we’ve been having some leaks in the roof. PAC roofing came and inspected our roof gave us a quote which was very reasonable, and got the job done within 2 days. Side note we got quotes from other companies and some of those prices were ridiculously high, for the same work. However the owner Doug communicated well, and even followed up with me on a frequent basis. Because of the leaks we had water damage to our ceiling on the inside, so after Doug completed our roof he referred us to his drywall specialist Luis to get that fixed at a low cost. All in all I’m satisfied and happy to know there still good people that run a honest business for the people.

Before chosing PAC Roofing I at least 5 roof estimates. Doug was definitely the most personable. He was the only person that actually came and talked to me and explained everything that needed to be done. All the others basically just came out and then sent me an estimate. If I called the other companies to ask questions I had to talk to a receptionist. He gave me the best deal for the best quality materials. And any extra things I wanted done like gutter screens, he only charged me for the cost of the materials.
Doug was always very responsive. If I texted him, even at 9:00 at night he would answer me right away. When he and his crew came out they were fast and efficient, got it all done in one day.
About a month after I got the roof done it was starting to get really rainy. I had what appeared to be a new leak in the ceiling of my garage. I panicked because I thought it was the new roof. I called Doug and he came out the next day. He went into the crawlspace and inspected everything. He actually wound up coming back 2-3 times to help me figure out what was going on. It turned out to be the caulking around one of my windows needed to be redone. Doug came out and removed all the old caulking and redid it all for me without charging me a penny!
I am so grateful for Doug! He helped me out a lot and I am definitely going to hire him to repaint my house.

So many positive reviews may be doubtful but I have some pictures to show. The price was inline with the market and the work was well done. The crew was very nice, professional, polite, and diligent.

I had some issues with my rotting soffits needing replacement and Doug came out promptly to take a look. He quickly identified the problem and offered to fix additional wood rot that was technically not under warranty while he repaired the soffits. When he returned to do the job a couple of days later with Sonny they found that the problem was bigger than anticipated but they pushed through in a professional manner and a positive attitude. PAC Roofing staff were just as professional and competent when they had replaced my entire roof last year. Don't hesitate to choose PAC Roofing - you can count on these guys to go above and beyond and to always have a great attitude.

We needed a new roof, house repainting and new gutters. We received about a half a dozen bids for each, but no one offered the the same quality materials for the price that Doug Tran of PAC Roofing, LLC, in Tacoma, did. We're sure glad we selected PAC Roofing. Doug Tran, who goes by "Tran" is a man of his word. Everything he said he would do, he did and more. He worked with us to meet our needs and even gave us a break on the price of labor and materials. When our roof required a lot more plywood underlayment than we had thought, he reduced the price to help us. He suggested a gutter company he trusts, for us to request a bid from, which turned out to be better than the others. To cut down on the cost of gutter replacement, he removed our old gutters and replaced bad sections of our fascia boards, at just his cost for materials. He also beat the other house painting bids and supplied the top of the line products, the same as he did for the roofing materials. We were impressed with all this, but were beyond impressed with both his roofing and painting crews. Not only were they very skilled, working together like a well oiled clock, but very conscious of our property. They took extra time and care to protect the building, surrounding property, and our pets, while completing the work. Also, talk about quick, they completed the tear off of old roofing material, plywood replacement, and re-roofing of a multi-level house, in just one day. After pressure washing the house earlier in the week, his painters taped and masked the house and a large shed, repainted them, including trim and cleaned up in one day. Before they left for the day, they unloaded a heavy door from my truck and carried it in for me. Tran and all of his crew are the most polite, trustworthy, and thoughtful contractors you could want to hire, or just know. I would highly recommend PAC Roofing for your projects.
