Based on my personal experiences the owner is Honest, Trustworthy and truly IS a Man of his Word.
Everyone of the guys are friendly and helpful.
Did a great job if anything came up not on the punch list.

Soggy flooring left in a pile immediately beneath shower, beckoning termites.

2.5 stars. Sometimes you cannot assess properly until some time has passed. Leak under shower a year ago. Plumbers 'abandoned' job as it was primarily construction. Shower basin and some flooring replaced. Foreman was doing work up the road and left worker alone. Talked a lot when he should have been focused on job. I am fat and old, but managed to crawl underneath as job was being "finished". Soggy flooring left in a pile immediately beneath shower, beckoning termites. Very bad sign. Basin leans toward back and collects water. Bathroom floor indicates the problem may not have been completely fixed.

Can’t say enough about “Ozark”. Based on my personal experiences the owner is Honest, Trustworthy and truly IS a Man of his Word. He’s NEVER lied to me and actually Will, and Does, stand behind his work…. AND…. is there for you long after the job is complete. Unlike…. let’s just say…. Many others !! “Ozark” is who I recommend.
