Prior to starting the work myself (as a DIYer), I used Bryan as a consultant in designing the air sealing layers and insulation approaches to ensure my basement is comfortable for years to come. The online collaboration process via Dropbox Paper and Zoom calls worked great. Bryan really knows his stuff and is detail oriented.
