Excellent carpeting and vinyl remodel done in very timely fashion. Installation crew was GREAT, very respectful of our home took great care moving furniture and did a wonderful job. Highly recommend!

Our initial experience here wasn't great- there was some miscommunication. The owner has addressed it and been extremely helpful though.
He came to the house personally to discuss the project and even presented some financial and design options that we like more than what we had selected.
Their selection is good.

We got bids from three stores, and Carpet one was leading until we got a better price from Strait Floors, and Greg had a fit and told me he didn't want our business now or in the future, that is the worst I have ever been treated and I will never offer my business in the future. IMHO Carpet one is the worst! Strait floors has my business

Great staff I recently had water damage in my home and had to replace nearly 1500+ sqft of flooring. They were very patient in us taking multiple samples home and taking the time to decide what we really wanted.

Joe at floor decorators came as a reference from our realtor and let me tell you, he delivered. We had just recovered from a fire and we were in a bind. He worked with us to make sure we had what we needed, communicated very clearly and set our expectations and was very fair. He even helped to point out some of the things our contractor made mistakes on that of course made his job more difficult and we were able to work together to see the project through. These guys know what they're doing!

The staff is friendly and attentive. There's a bewildering array of flooring and countertop options on offer. They even have blinds. Not sure if they have the best prices, but the ease of working and scheduling with them makes working with them worthwhile.

Josh helped us sort our options quickly and carefully, without any pressure. All.he cared about is that we got something we would want to have in our home.

Jay was very easy to work with regarding our insurance claim. He was very helpful. He sent excellent subcontractors to install our floor and countertops. They went above and beyond to ensure our kitchen looked better than before the water damage. I would highly recommend this company.

I had a flood in my kitchen. It was a nightmare. But Jay was very friendly and accommodating assisting me getting the floors put back in my house. They put the floors in originally 23 years ago. Same gentleman and same great service.

We had a great experience with Floor Decorators Carpet One on our recent kitchen remodel! They were friendly, prompt, professional and helpful as we worked out the details for installing a subway tile full back splash. It turned out beautiful!

While we did not end up going with Floor Decorators, I really wish we had. Loni, the associate I was dealing with was helpful, informative, and thorough. Due to circumstances out of my control, we went with another company, and it was a nightmare. The courtesy, care, and consideration of Loni have still stuck with me long after our engagement. Next time, she's getting my first and only call.

You can buy carpet at many stores from kids in aprons who know it goes on the floor or you can call Michelle, the carpet goddess! From about 1000 miles away, as nothing more than a stressed voice in flooring meltdown, she found the flooring we wanted and got it across the country in about a week. The kid in the apron was trying to reach the carpet company to see if it's available but Michelle has it installed already, when I called the apron they said the carpet was sold out.... Good thing I wasn't moving across country, oh wait, Michelle came through. A super hero who cares about her customers. Thats why she's a carpet goddess. Customer service is alive and well at Floor Decorators and every once in a while a miracle occurs and the unobtainable becomes a reality.

The decorator, Beth, and sales person were very friendly and helpful in choosing flooring and wall tile for our bathroom remodel. The store offers many beautiful choices and styles. We're very happy we stopped in.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Brian was very knowledgeable and informative when it came to products. He spent a lot of time explaining the variety of flooring I was looking for and helped me make a decision that I felt very good about. They have great customer service!

We found this store by chance, we are new to the area. Travelled into store a couple times, brought home samples. We picked one out got a quote then changed our mind, went with a different look. My husband got a quote over the phone, ordered the carpet and paid by credit card.He was told we would get invoice in the mail. They installed in January, the carpet looks great, installer was great. Everything went smoothly, but we still don't have a invoice. My husband has called several times, sent numerous emails, and has left messages with people in the store. February he was told bookkeeper is out till March will send us one then. We need a invoice with name of carpet, color, amount per yard, etc. We should have never went along with the installation without a invoice, that was our trusting nature. Now here we sit middle of March nothing, my husband is sick of calling them. Oh someone sent over something on a iphone, couldn't even make out what that was????
