I have always had really good service at this store. They have always had in stock everything I have come in to purchase. The employees in the garden center are especially helpful.
I do understand it is a small town, but the prices are pretty high. Is your profit margin really in-line with the other ACE hardware stores in bigger cities?
Every time I need something odd thing and think darn, this is a small town and won’t find it-they have it!
They deserve less than one star! I’ve done a lot of business with these guys in the past but , no more!!! I needed to get one LVL and I tried calling they seem to act like they were going to order it , they said they’d have Nikki call me back , no call back for two days , I called and ask if I could talk to her nope she’s on break nope she’s in a meeting nope, I will call you back! No call back, I wasted another bunch of time calling them only to get female answers it’s probably ordered! When will I get it? don’t know? Horrible way to treat a customer with that Cavalier attitude I will go out of town from now on!!! What’s Randy going on vacation you guys are totally screwed !!!!! no more business with bath Lumber! I am absolutely disgusted !!! That’s what you get when you have a monopoly!!!
