Out Back Buildings

The building that I received from this business is a decent building, but the customer service afterward is very poor. My normal practice is to mail a check or money order for payments, because no online payment portal is available and the office staff is rude if you call in to make a payment. Checks have been 'misplaced' and posted weeks after mailing, as well as cashed and not applied to my account, so essentially, I have had to make payments twice in order to keep my account current. If you do use this company, I definitely recommend finding another avenue for financing your purchase, unless you want to pay quite a bit more than you originally financed.

We purchased a new building from the Supply, NC location. We are thrilled with the quality of the building and the service that we experienced. These folks know their stuff! Chris sold us the building and delivered it too. The set up used to deliver was impressive. He single handedly delivered and installed the building, making it through some tight spots in the yard with no issues and not one bit of damage to the yard. We are extremely picky about construction quality. This building gets an A++ ... it's heavy, well built, and attractive. We could not find anything like this at the big chain stores. On July 23, 2020 I had the pleasure of meeting Ryan #2. A call the night before said they would be there the next morning between 7:30-8 am. I drove from another city and was there at 7:25. Ryan was already there backing up in the yard to move the shed!! Shed was being moved to another city, and he didn't mind if I followed him to another location to get another building. While loading the shed, he took time to explain to me how process would go. Not only was he polite and courteous, he was quick. At the final destination for the shed, he also explained the background of the company. Nice to know you have someone working for you that cares as much as Ryan #2 does!! Excellent employee!!

The building I purchased is fine. I felt that I was mislead about the cost though. Was quoted a price with tax included then when they invoiced final payment they included additional sales tax. I take responsibility for not reading the contract carefully....Do not take their spoken words into consideration and make sure you read their written ones and you should be fine.

I bought my building last year, the building is ok, but the after service is terrible, my building was set up without enough center blocks to hold it up on one side, I have made.several call to the builder and no response . I.need my building set up the rigth way, it will be raining for the next couple.of days and my.building.is.getting wet on the side that is now on the ground. My advice to anyone buying these building to make sure that it's set up right before the technician leave the site.
