As is the case with another review with respect to shingles coming off. I've had Otero reroof the house several years ago and since then I've had to have them come back twice to fix areas where shingles are coming off. Same thing happening now. Now a dilemma to repeat my business only to be back to square one or move on. This shouldn't be happening.
Do not buy a TPO roof from this company. They do not honor their waterproof warranty. My roof leaked in two places after only 4 years and my 7 year waterproof warranty didn't apply. They blamed it on me and said I'm supposed to get the canalies sealed every two years. It said nothing about that in my contract nor did they say that to me in person when they installed the roof. They wanted to get me an estimate to fix their problem. So I called another company to get an estimate, I won't give them another penny. Poor quality material and poor workmanship and their warranty means nothing.
