This turned out to be one of the quickest and best repairs that I have had done on my house. Alee, the owner, came promptly and fixed my broken downspout. I had previously talked to another company with unsatisfactory results. I highly recommend them and will use them again without hesitation.

Updated Review: After acknowledging my concerns about the unsatisfactory job performed previously, Ali from OTE Gutters came to see me acknowledged my concerns and promised to redo the gutter cleaning job.

He honoured that promise yesterday and sent the crew to clean the gutters. He came to ensure that the job was done well and fixed a few damaged downspouts. I was very impressed by his commitment to upholding the standard of his service and ensuring his customers are well taken care of.

Gurbir Singh did a fantastic job replacing the gutters on our home today. He went above and beyond his duties to replace the gutters but also fix any others defects that would cause leaking on the roof. Ali and his team from OTE did a wonderful job replacing all of the gutters and downspouts on our house in East Van. They were knowledgeable about how water would flow off of our roof and supporting structures, and did a great job fabricating and install our new gutters.
