Osmar is an awesome contractor he helped me with all my remodeling needs and made helpful recommendations. I am glad that I called him. He is highly skilled and an all-rounder which I meant he took care of drywall, paint and electrical needs. So happy with the service I received from him.

Osmar took on several big projects for me in an old rowhome, including paint and drywall, carpentry, and replacing a large structural beam. He is very careful and detailed, a hard worker, and his quotes are accurate and fair. Could not ask for a better contractor, and I will be hiring him again soon.

I am absolutely thrilled with the work Osmar Best Design and Build did on my two extremely outdated bathrooms! The transformation is truly stunning. Professional, personable, reliable and trustworthy. He goes above and beyond to make things right. We redid the whole house. Open concept, 2 bathrooms , 4 closets, furnace and utility room, plus 2 doors, 2hung tv’s and lights throughout the house and insulation.

Osmar is a small business owner who is extremely reliable. I was in the middle of a huge backyard project, and several contractors consistently would leave in the middle of the job. Osmar was able to come in, correct all the items and finish a beautiful deck for our family to enjoy. He listens to feedback and makes any cosmetic updates with no hesitation. Also his turnaround time to gettting to a job is super fast’ and he will work from sun up to sun down to get the job done.

Osmar was outstanding to work with from start to finish. His prices were fair and didn't try to empty my bank account. All work was done in excellence and the work area was cleaned thoroughly. Very professional and timely which is very important. Work was done when he said it would.

Osmar can do anything and very detail oriented. He’s a perfectionist. He rebuilt our deck and custom rebuilt our rotting front porche with pvc boarding. Looks exactly like our old porch but will never rot again.
