⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had an excellent experience with **Organ Mountain Roofing and Construction**, especially with Zach, who went above and beyond to help us. Initially, we thought our roof was the source of a leak that caused damage to our drywall. We had two other companies come out, and both recommended roof repairs—without really investigating the issue.
Zach was different. He got up on the roof, thoroughly inspected it, and confidently told us the roof was **not** the problem. Instead, he traced the leak back to our **A/C unit**, and even provided a **temporary fix** while we arranged for HVAC service. He was honest, prompt, professional, and incredibly helpful. It’s rare to find that kind of integrity these days.
We’re also grateful for the quality repair on the drywall—it looks great. Highly recommend Organ Mountain Roofing and Construction for anyone seeking **trustworthy, skilled, and customer-focused service**.

Zach and his team did an incredible job on my roof. They are very knowledgeable and taught me a lot of stuff I didn’t know. His price worked well in my budget and I appreciate how quick they were able to get it done. I highly recommend giving them a call.
In 2021, my mother and I hired Organ Mountain Roofing and Construction, and regrettably, it has been an experience I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. At first, Zach came off as professional, and I was sold on his pitch, which promised quality work and customer care. Unfortunately, what we received was a complete failure to address the issues with my roof. Despite their assurances, the work they performed was not only subpar but also shockingly failed to resolve the leaks that prompted my initial call for help. I repeatedly raised my concerns, and I will add that Zach did “address” these concerns by coming to our home, “inspecting” the roof (free of charge, which he reminded my mother of this aspect when she called him yesterday), then stating it was all good. We trusted him and believed there was no need to worry. After the initial construction, my roof continued to leak each time it rained. Zach came out to look at the issue approximately 3 times and said it was fixed. It rained the other day, and the roof is still leaking (nearly four years later). There are puddles throughout my roof, and it needs to be built up to prevent this from happening in the future. In Zach’s contract, it states, “Build up potential pooling areas on the roof with puddle plaster.” This did not happen. I called another contractor for an opinion, and when they came to inspect the roof, photos were taken, and I was appalled to see the actual situation on my roof. The roof of our home appears as if we have been experiencing rain for many months, resulting in severe water damage. We hired another contractor to inspect our roof this afternoon, and not only did he confirm what the previous one stated, but he also asked, “What did this person use? There are micro-holes throughout your entire roof.” These are details that Zach failed to disclose when he was here last September. But not just last September, this includes the other times he was here, after the roof was supposedly “fixed” in 2021. We trusted him, his team, and their product, but instead, nearly four years later, with an expired warranty (he only offered a 3-year warranty), I find myself with the same leaks and more frustration than ever. I wouldn't trust Organ Mountain Roofing or Zach to fix a garden shed, let alone my roof. Save your time, money, and sanity; look elsewhere for a roofing company that values its customers and their work, and is willing to stand by its product. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. This has been an entirely unacceptable and costly experience, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company. Organ Mountain Roofing’s lack of business acumen is unconscionable. $7,950 is not pocket money for us, and now we have to spend another lump sum to repair what should have been fixed nearly four years ago. Our entire roof has to be redone.
