I think that most roofing businesses can get a good rating based on the basics, as the average homeowner knows relatively little about what goes into a decent roofing job and may only replace a few roofs in their lifetime. The exceptional roofing businesses are the ones who not only cover the basics but go above and beyond, even when it’s not an expectation.

Francisco owns this kind of business and his crew are these kind of diligent people. The work was bid in a detailed and thoughtful way, specific details are accounted for and the work is done incredibly quickly (taking just two days on our 1900 sqft home). The crew was incredibly respectful of our property— not a shred of packaging, materials, nails or other garbage was left behind at the end of their work days. They arrived and left when they said they would, they were efficient and kept me updated with photos and information throughout the job. Francisco was incredibly responsive to messages and ensured that we were kept up to date on a few issues which arose beyond his control.

Finally, after the work was done and the invoice paid, Francisco even arranged for members of his crew to come by after hours to make a last-minute repair which saved us a significant amount of additional stress and cost. I feel like this is truly the insight that a potential customer might want into a company: they do the right thing not because they have to, but because their standards are high and that they want to ensure that the job is done to an exceptional standard, even beyond their true obligation.

Francisco and the crew at Oregon Advanced Roofing exceeded our expectations. It was no surprise because our house was the fourth they have done in our cul-de-sac in the last two years, I watched closely as they reroofed the other houses and knew that when it was our turn, they were the company we would use. Two other houses in the neighborhood used other companies. One was sloppily done and the other was nearly twice as expensive. They were careful to protect all our landscaping and cleaned up regularly. Our property was cleaner after the reroofing than before. No kidding!

Excellent service and quick to respond! The icy storm caused several huge tree branches to fall on our roof and punctured 4 holes. We called OR Advanced Roofing on Saturday morning, and Francisco's crew was out the same day to remove the tree branches and tarp our roof temporarily during an ice storm. The crew even came out again to re-tarp the roof when it slipped down due to the wind. After we gave them approval to move forward with fixing our roof, they were very quick and efficient! Highly recommend if you need your roof fixed!
