After moving into this home 2 years ago, we have noticed some neighbors replacing their roofs. Arnie came over and gave us his opinion of the roof life. Arnie stated we could have another 4 years or so of usage on this roof. Some of our gutters were not working properly so Arnie gave us a quote. There was moss growing on the shingles, so Arnie sent over an employee who worked most of the day scrapping it all off. The gutters were installed. This professional company (with great communication) gave us total satisfaction. Overall Optimus prides themselves to be certain of their customer satisfaction.
Of course, we aren’t looking forward to replacing our roof although when it is time, Optimus Construction is who we will call. They are wonderful to work with. If any issue comes up, it is immediately solved & taken care of. Their priority is to get the project completed with courteous service & years of expertise along with commitment to what is needed accomplished in a timely manner. I received several bids for a replacement roof on my home, but ultimately went with Optimus Construction, and I could not be happier!! Arnulfo and his team were spectacular to work with. I had a lot of questions up front and along the way, and Arnulfo was extremely attentive throughout (and very patient when I had trouble making up my mind)! He kept me up to date on timeline, informed me right away when the metal manufacturer was delayed, and still managed to start a couple of days ahead of schedule. When a miscommunication caused one of my bathroom vents to be covered over, Arnulfo and his team came back and fixed it right away without charge. These guys are professional, honest hard workers. I had a great experience, am so pleased with the end result, and I would hire Arnulfo and his team again in a heartbeat!

Armufel, the owner, came to do a bid within2 days of me stopping by their office, which was a very pleasant and informative experience. He emailed me a bid the following day after looking at my house. He was very professional and I felt confident that he and his crew would do a good job and be thorough.There were dry rot issues I was very concerned about and he contacted me or sent photos through the whole process,he communicated with me on everything and was very thorough and cut no corners. The crew was punctual andw straight for 10 days. They left the jobsite clean every night and immaculate when they were done. These guys definitely deserve a 5 star rating, I highly recommend them.

Arnulfo and his crew from Optimus Construction were outstanding. They removed my old LP siding and replaced it with Hardi Plank. The roof also needed replacement and they efficiently tore of the old roof and replaced it with new shingles. Some area of siding and roof underlayment was rotting and they replaced it at a fair price. Optimus had a hard working crew and professional service. Pricing was competitive including any last minute changes

I highly recommend Optimus Construction. They did WHAT they proposed, WHEN they said they would, and for a price that saved me thousands compared to that of my general contractor, who I bypassed for the roofing. The work was done a week ahead of schedule. Appearance is great. Helped the house sell quickly and above asking. I would use them whenever I had reroofing to be done, and would trust them to do the work properly. Honest, reliable, efficient and economical.

Great quality work, good communication (which was necessary thanks to Mother Nature delaying the job with snow in March), definitely would recommend these guys! We used them to put a new roof on our house before we put it on the market (late winter 2019). It looked SO MUCH better with that new roof! Also the price was incredibly fair, we had gotten other quotes that were substantially higher. While we don’t generally go with the cheapest option, Optimus also came highly recommended by a friend/contractor who we trust. We are very happy with their work and glad we went with them! We used Optimus Construction for re-roofing, new gutters and skylight installation. From the beginning, in the bid process, Arnufel was very clear and helpful offering us many options. His bid was competitive and we had neighbors with great looking roofs recommending him so we went with Optimus. The wait time was less than we expected and once the work began it went very quickly. They have a tireless crew that was able to overcome any issues that my unusual house with some rot issues presented. For the most part the job was done in three days and each evening the site was clean and tidy.
The final project came out looking great and after seeing the new roof and gutters in action with our first rain last weekend I feel confident going into the rainy season. We are very satisfied with the work and will use Optimus in the spring to roof our garage as well.

We talked with several contractors and spent a long time evaluating the options offered, and the quality they promised. We checked references, found Optimus bonded, insured, and highly rated, so went with them for a pretty extensive roofing job. Arnulfo Martinez is the owner. He has years of experience with one of the larger companies, now owns his own company, and really knows his stuff. He made a positive impression the minute we met him, and the last thing he said when the job was complete was, "if you find any trash on the ground, call me and I'll come clean it up personally." That is professionalism. The workmanship is great, the workers were respectful, clean, and anxious to do whatever it took to make our job perfect. Their price was half of one of the biggest firms for way beyond what the other company offered us. I wouldn’t hesitate for half a second to recommend this company.

We have used Optimus construction for an old barn roof restoration and also for our office building roof. A Very great experience. The bids were very reasonable. The workers showed up as scheduled and the clean up after the construction was done was also very good. Probably the best Metal Roof installation company in the Willamette Valley. I have had them install almost a half dozen (standing seam metal roofs). They are the best type of roof to use if you are going to keep the property a long time. The duplex picture on their web site was one of those jobs.
Good company to work with and they can get it done fast.

They did roof and gutters and replaced facia. Did a beautiful job. Very nice people. Arnie suggested improvements over our current roof which I am glad I accepted. Used quality materials. The roof was done in the middle of the winter 2018/19 and they worked around the rain. They re- nailed the existing sheeting and even added vents without my even asking. This guy wants to do quality work. They were out here in a few weeks, were done in a few days. The price was very reasonable. He was easily reachable by phone. I could not be happier with the job. Got a dying or dead roof? Mine was beyond all that. I called Optimus and Arnie came on a Sunday no less to see what my roof needed. He had his crew on my roof that week. These guys get it done. The quality of the materials and workmanship were beyond what I was expecting. The price was the most pleasant surprise we got from our deal with Optimus.
