Our Duradek roofdeck finally hit end of life so we had to bite the bullet and get it redone. When they came for an estimate OnTarget immediately impressed us with their professionalism. Michael gave a thorough explanation of the work that would need to be done and proposed a solution for some none Duradek-related issues we had with our deck. There were a couple of other small repair items that he was also able to throw into the job which made our lives a lot more convenient.

For prices we got four estimates and OnTarget was competitive with one other estimate and cheaper than two others. The work was scheduled quickly and was completed in under two days. Everyone who worked for the company was extremely courteous and went out of their way not to leave a mess in the house and to clean up after the job was done.

From what I can tell the work that was done was solid and high quality. Obviously with roof work we won't know for sure until it's holding up a few years later, but everything looks great. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend OnTarget to other people who need a similar job done or to use them for other work on our house.

This job wasn’t your standard replacement of Duradek on a rooftop terrace. I required the demolishing of the porcelain tile that was place overtop the Duradek. I also had multiple leaks which cause a lot of wood damage which had to be replace.

Mike team was very professional and did an excellent job fixing my rooftop terrace. You can’t go wrong with selecting On Target Remodeling for your contractor needs. I would highly recommend this company.

I have done many projects on my house of the 20+ years of living in it. I must say that Michael's company rates #1 in terms of professionalism, honesty, competitiveness and flexibility. The project they did for me was structurally complex, involved coordination with other vendors and had to pass quality inspection to meet insurance requirements. roof deck leak Jan 2024. flat roof DC, duradeck material. and door frame rotted out. Great response from OnTarget, walked us through options. Did repairs about 2 weeks later when got materials. had some (minor) issues, they just did what was required with no fuss. cleaned up excellent. need test of time to insure all problems fixed, but they were so confident they went ahead and patched up/painted inside ceiling drywall wet spots & cover by warranty if find issues with future rain. Owner Mike gives a good sense of confidence. Maybe not cheapest outfit in the area, but not a fly-by-night mickey-mouse operator. You get a safe sense that it was done correctly, with good crews.

I had a positive experience with OnTarget Remodeling, and I highly recommend them. They replaced the DuraDek lining and water-damaged wood on my rooftop deck on time and within estimate. The team had to climb up and down on a ladder to access my fourth-floor roof top deck. The owner gave me options and helped me to reach a decision on the scope of work. We brought on Michael and his team to replace our roof before selling our 100 year old DC rowhouse. The team was both the most communicative and the lowest in price, and we had such a great experience we kept them on to do literally everything on our punch list before selling the house: floor repair, painting, light plumbing, outside metalwork--- they literally did it all. Oh, and I had already moved 2500 miles away, so they were able to coordinate remotely, in the middle of a pandemic, without even slipping one day from the schedule. On Target also performed a 200 amp heavy-up on electrical; repaired joists and beams in cellar stiffening floor; and total renovation of front porch.

On Target Remodeling did a great job fixing a leak in one of my skylights. It was a small job, but they didn't mind. They were very prompt and the leak is fixed!

Mike, Armando and the entire team did an excellent job painting several rooms, replacing our backsplash titles in the kitchen and replacing bathroom light fixtures (and even unclogging a bathroom drain). They arrived when they said they would, worked efficiently, and finished the job on-time. Mike saved us from buying much more expensive tiles online by sourcing them from a local company instead. We really enjoyed working with Mike and his team. Mike took the time to give us options, show us samples, suggest things and ultimately get everything together. His team does most of the manual work, but Mike was there every day both physically and on the phone to insure things were progressing properly.
