One T Construction went above and beyond to replace our old church roof. Before the job, they worked with the City to resolve unreasonable code compliance issues. The job itself was challenging due to the steep roof pitch, but the crew was fantastic. They were very reasonable in addressing unexpected problems that arose from years of neglect. I highly recommend them!

Jake replaced a roof on my parents rental property that were were selling. The work was completed in a timely fashion and at a fair price. He worked with the buyer to complete some additional items on the home. I would use Jake again.

Jake from One-T has been superb to work with from bid to project completion. He went the extra mile in coordination with the adjuster and subcontractor, explained the process and set expectations clearly, and kept his word on timeliness. Best of all, he and his team did quality that I can’t recommend highly enough.
