One Roofing Company

One Roofing did a great job putting on a new roof for us 2 1/2 years ago. A few days ago, when we had record breaking winds in Las Vegas, a number of shingles were damaged or blew off. Gino came out to assess the damage. We were pleasantly surprised to find out our warranty would cover the repairs. The guys came out to fix the roof already this morning. We're so happy with One Roofing. We even took a bunch of their business cards to our community office to share their information with others.

Called to have them come out and fix my roof leak. Spoke to Mike, nice guy assured me that is something they could do. Setup appointment for the next day, had Gino come out to check and give me a qoute for the repair. I thought roofer would come out with the ladder to see where the leak is and see what needs to be done but none of that. He got on the roof took pictures and came down to tell me we need the new roof. I asked about the leak if that can be fixed, he said no they can't do that. Why waist my time first of all from the beginning. Would not recommend to anyone this place. Got the leak fixed and roof doesn't need to be replaced for another few years at least.

After 20 years of living in the same house, we decided to get solar panels installed but before that we wanted our roof replaced. I had a very comfortable feeling with One Roofing and my instincts were correct. The crew that showed up was efficient, friendly, and skillful. They finished the job in two days, took photos of their work, and cleaned up very nicely so there were no nails or wood laying around. Gino then followed up with me to make sure all looked ok after I inspected the photos. Gino and his crew made the process painless, simple, and straightforward. Great job! Our tile roof was fine, but the underlayment needed replacement after 30 years. Good communication, arrived on time and left the job site nice and clean! No pics as it was the underlayment :)

Contacted One Roofing Company to replace broken clay tiles on our roof. They showed up on time, did a great job and very friendly workers. They left the place clean when finished. Overall..an outstanding experience and highly recommended.

The owner came out, himself for the lookover and quote. He knew our type of house and told us exactly what we needed done to it, and we received a quote that day. The best part was he was not pushy about anything.

We got other quotes from other roofing companies that were much higher and those companies did not include all the work that One Roofing promised in their quote.

So we used One Roofing. They came out on time every day and cleaned up every day before they left. They basically put a new roof on our house in three days and used quality underlayment material (which none of the other quotes included.) they even included birdstop which again none of the other quotes included.
