1day roofing have done a amazing job on my property and Robert my rep was very supportive and attentive and most of all honest throughout the entire process even after completing. Here are my photos to support my statement

I contacted the company to perform decking work on my roof due to significant sinking issues. Despite paying a substantial amount for the decking, I have observed that not all of the materials were utilized during the project, and the sinking remains a concern. A positive aspect of this situation is the lifetime warranty offered; however, I acknowledge that other customers may have had more satisfactory experiences.

my grandmother had storm damage to her roof from a recent storm....we tried to find a reasonable priced roofing company....and that's what we found in One day roofing....from the awesome sales rep Steven to the actual installers...we are more that satisfied...they installed a very difficult roof in less than 12 Hours...they didn't leave even a small piece of paper. From start to finish they were amazing . Thank you soooo much for the excellent pricing and the hard work you guys put in to help my grandma in Pittsburgh PA !!!

They ruined the ceiling in my moms property she was selling in two different places. There was no damage to the ceiling inside this property until after they left. There are gaping holes in the master bedroom ceiling. There were too many of them up there at one time. My mom sent photos of the damage done to the inside of the house to them but they just ignored her. They just disregarded what his team did. Only until I made a bad review about what happened, then they offered my mom $1000 on the stipulation that I take down my initial review. They only ended up sending $400. As soon as the other $600 is sent, I will sign something saying that this review will be removed permanently and the matter will be closed. The gaping holes in the bedroom ceiling or not there prior to them showing up! This was a property that my Mom had for sale for $100,000 and it sold for that because she was having a new roof put in for them. But after the buyer saw the ceiling in the master bedroom, they then informed my mother they won’t be paying a penny more than $90,000! She lost $10,000 on the sale because of your company. She was planning on using that 10K from the sale to go towards the place she borrowed the money to pay you guys for the job. So she got even less for the sale. My mom really got screwed because of you guys! She ended up receiving a lot less than what she was initially going to get. Let me reiterate, this review will be taken down AFTER a $600 check has been mailed to and received by my mother.

From the start talking with Wade, to finish, this was a smooth job, less than a week. The guys got started about 6:00 am finished about 4:00 that afternoon. Wade called or texted several times to check on everything . No mess to clean up, they did all that. I really can’t say enough about them. If you need a roof, definitely call Wade with One Day Roofing

They scam you with a bunch of hidden cost sometimes it's double the amount, they also go after older people that can't verify the work an have to pay do to that fact of the hidden cost , an typically the home owner. Ant afford the work so thT target venerable old people

FOLLOW UP: After speaking with several roofing contractors in the area my wife and I decided to select One Day Roofing. Warren Gatewood was the Sales representative that we talked with. Warren seemed to know what we needed and was knowledgeable and based on all of our discussions with the 5 other contracting companies and research we decided to select One Day Roofing.
We talked with Warren extensively about all aspects of our roofing request. I specifically asked, “Are there any concerns that our roof is not typical?” Warren said “No.” I asked Warren if he needed to come to our house and look at it to make sure. Warren said No, and that they use a satellite tool to view the house and take measurements. Warren also discussed the materials recommended.
We received an email December 10, 2024 from One Day Roofing, Eric Lohsl stating the crew would arrive on Friday 12/13/2024, and it would take a day or two to complete the roof. It ended up taking five days.
During the process I monitored the work being done continuously throughout the day. The crew was removing old roof materials and sliding it down the roof which damaged gutters. The crew also threw down old plywood that also damaged gutters. They needed to replace many sections of plywood. When they were installing the new plywood, I noticed they were hammering very hard on the roof. I did not realize until later that they were causing damage on the interior of the house. They were hitting the roof so hard that a vase fell off the wall and fell on the toilet, breaking the seat. Trim that was surrounding the windows fell off the ceiling inside and the ceiling was cracking in many locations throughout the house. Some cracks are eight feet long.
I talked with the crew leader and called Eric Lohsl, Griffin Libhart (COO) and Warren Gatewood (Senior Sales Manager) to let them know there was damage occurring. They said they would have someone look at it. Another person from One Day Roofing came out to our house and looked at the damages. He had the crew fix the gutters and the trim around the windows, but he would need to talk management about all the cracks and damage inside the house. There were also hundreds of nails all over the yard even though they said they cleaned it all up. I received a call from Griffin Libhart, and he told me they were not responsible for that because my house was not built correctly. He stated he wanted me to send him pictures, and he would get back with me.
I sent detailed pictures and waited for a response and weeks went by with no phone call, no email or text messages. I tried calling numerous times and nobody would answer the phone. I also left messages, and nobody would return my calls. Months went by and I tried calling, emailing and texting Warren Gatewood many times. March 19th, 24th, 27th, 2025, I tried again to contact Warren, again on May 10th, 27th, 28th, 30th, 2025 and again June 1st,
I continued to reach out to Warren Gatewood and after numerous phone calls and emails he responded back to me stating, “Provide price quotes and we will send a check, and Griffen stated the same thing. After receiving the estimates I sent them to Warren and Griffen. A few weeks went by and Griffen stated the estimates were a little high and would get back with me on what they were going to do.
Griffen never called me back. Nobody call or emailed me back. Seven months later still no response.
I received an email from GoodLeap the finance company that works with One Day Roofing and they were asking for me to complete a survey. I completed the survey and noted I was very dissatisfied with One Day Roofing because they failed to repair the damages that they said they would pay for. Erica from GoodLeap tried numerous times and was not able to contact anyone at One Day Roofing.

I had a great experience with one-day Roofing. Everything went fine; everything was explained in the full details of the job, and the guys did a good job. Your sales rep, Dylan Aguirre, explained everything to the fullest. He's a very nice guy; I enjoyed the conversation with him. He's one of the best. I feel that if I have any problems I can reach out to him and he can solve them thank you guys we'll keep in touch

If I could give 10 stars I would!! I had the pleasure of working with Shariff and he was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! !! He walked me through the whole entire process and made what seemed overwhelming, extremely smooth and clear for me to understand! He Is the epitome of what impeccable customer service truly means!!! Thanks again for going over and beyond with getting me approved!

One Day Roofing did a excellent job on our house, the crew was courtesy and fast. Wade from One Day Roofing was extremely good with the way he handled all our questions and the way the work was done. I would highly recommend this company and if you do ask for Wade and he will help you with everything you need.

This crew arrived at my home and started working while we were still in bed. How often do people hired to do a job actually arrive a bit early and not an hour late? Not many, that’s for sure.
Our sales rep, Dillon, was exceptional working with us. He never stumbled for an answer to any of my questions, he not once had to check on an answer with a superior and get back to me, he pulled the answer right out of his pocket.
The transparency of this company should not go ignored. We were told exactly how the job would be completed in a timely manner. They were right on it. Every sentence in our contract was perfectly clear and any questions we might have had, a quick call to Dillon answered that question clearly.
I will always recommend this company to my family and friends or anyone that is interested in an honest, skilled company to repair or replace a roof.

Gave me a quote of 16,000 for a roof for a 30 year old single wide trailer. As if. Obviously Not doing it and being harrassed by MULTIPLE phone calls a day wanting to get started when i have already said im not going with this company. Reggie was my contractor. He was in contact with me through the whole process and spent almost an hour on the phone with my husband and myself answering all our questions. The roof looks amazing. I had three leaks inside my house before the new roof was put on. And after there are no more leaks and I am very proud of our new roof. It looks amazing. From my initial inquiry, I was connected to Mr. Reginald and he went above and beyond (as my neighbor stated exactly that with her experience as well) to make their services accessible and sufficient. The team worked fast and thoroughly. Everyone from the office staff to the ground staff was polite and courteous. They did an amazing job my roof looks great!! I also had some underlying damage that they made me well aware of and my options to add on the necessary work I was very comfortable and satisfied. The crew cleaned up, I was contacted with a follow up to make sure I was indeed happy, and even the finance team were all informative and seem genuinely glad to help and explain any questions I may have. One Day Roofing came with in 3 days of scheduling a new roof. They were at my house by 6 am preparing all the way around my house and everything was done and cleaned up by 2 pm. They did an amazing job and Rodney was very pleasant to talk to and he answered any questions that I had and checked on things through the whole process. It was stress free. We were discussing using the company but the cost was to high and my husband has severe medical issues and because we decided to decline at this time we were treated very badly and was texted very rude responses. I would never deal with a company like One Day roofing until the get customer service people that are not money grubbers and treated people very poorly. I saved the text messages to pass on to BBB

STAY AWAY!!!!!!! This company put a roof on my Atlanta home. Within a few months there were leaks. One leak was fixed "only temporarily" and soon I will have to hire a roofer in Atlanta to do the permanent job. The other leak involved wood that was beginning to rot under their new shingles. They refused to fix this leak. Their "50 year* warranty is virtually worthless.

The crew was extremely efficient and courteous. They were like a machine in concert with the job at hand. Our house is a historic landmark and they saved it. I would highly recommend them for any roofing task.

Patrick was my sales lead through my process. He is very knowledgeable of the company. And the materials used. Patrick walked me thru my process of a new roof system for my mobile home. Eric was my scheduler and had everything set up and it went as set.
The guys arrived around 8am ish, and got strait to work. The were very professional and friendly. They laid tarps down around my home covering my flower beds. They stripped the old roof off and installed the new one,from start to finish was approx 5 hours. They cleaned up all of the debri and even rolled a magnet around to pick up all nails, staples etc. Very surprised at how well they left my yard and flower beds free of debri.
I'm very very satisfied with my new roof system and very pleased with everyone who got me to this point. The new roof made my home look great.
I would definitely recommend this company for a new roof.

Frank Tutco did a great job. He supervised the project and we could not have asked for a more professional approach. He had his crew here when we were told. The crew was a well oiled machine and had to work in less than optimal fall weather. A few touch ups were needed and Frank was very respnsive and always followed up promptly questions.
