This is an apology to One Call Roofing from and earlier review that I posted. One call is an amazing company that stands behind their work. Hopefully except my apology for the review from earlier. Best Roofing Company In The Business!!!!

Steve was quick to come out and give an estimate. We were able to get the proper ventilation in the attic. Appreciate the communication throughout the process as well.

Steve and his team did a great job on the roof of our house and detached garage! They were efficient, cleaned up everything and the roof looks great! Highly recommend!

One Call was great to work with! They promptly scheduled a quote meeting and then subsequent required work for the following week. The work was done well, pricing fair, and they didn't try to upsell. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an honest roofing contractor that isn’t just going to try to sell you a new roof.

One Call first replaced a chimney cap that had eroded and was allowing wasps into my house! They did such a good job, I called them to inspect and repair some siding and trim damage along the roofline of my house. The trim and siding was improperly installed following a roofing job about 8 years ago which resulted in some rotting. Steve and his guys are super nice, very punctual and do fantastic work! I highly recommend One Call!

This company has been very difficult to work with. My job was delayed over and over again since January. My son made a call to see what the problem was in getting my roof replaced and they were out to my home to measure that day (4 months later then I was told) Now I have had the roof replaced and I have paid for the job but I can't seem to get a copy of the warranty. The day that I paid for all the services I was told that the warranty would be mailed to me. A month later and I have not received it. I have made three phone call attempts to talk to someone about this issue with not success so far.

High quality work done quickly and efficiently at a fair price. Would recommend to anyone needing work done on their homes, both exterior and interior.

Had a roof leak and water entering the house. Steve came out the same day to evaluate it and we got a quote immediately. It was a fair price for the quick turnaround and work required. Javier came out to fix it the first day the rain stopped. Used them for an emergency repair but plan to work with Steve and Javier in the future. Honest and knowledgable people.

I loved doing business with One Call Roofing. They were easy to work with and always available to talk too. They did a very professional job on repairing my roof from wind damage.

I have used One Call Roofing for all of my roofing work. Most recently was my front porch roof. Javier stayed on the job after dark using lights to ensure the job was completed so my painters could finish their work. I have always been very pleased with the quality of work.

Reached out to One Call to fix some storm damage on my roof. While on the roof they took pictures of the problem areas to show me. They also checked the whole roof for any other issues. Once we agreed on what work was done, they came out immediately to complete the work.

Quick response when I called for an estimate during the recent bad weather. Repair was completed when scheduled. Everyone I dealt with including the technician was friendly and cooperative.

They did a great job on our roof repair two years ago. We called to transfer the warranty to the new home owner and the process was very simple.

Called on Thursday, they came out to look on Friday Steve and Chris were here and took a look at our reported leak. Suggested the repairs needed, and cost.
Once we agreed on the cost, they immediately got us scheduled for Monday repairs the following week.

The guys were here promptly on Monday and went through the fix by end of day. Overall happy with service. No complaints. They sent me photos of the repairs. They fixed a few minor other things found on the roof included in the original cost.

Great experience - explained the process, started and ended on time, no mess left and even repaired some chimney flashing and vents for us. Highly recommend.

If you are in need these are the guys. They did everything they said when they said and for the price they said. No surprises. Top notch!

Called One Call after hours during a rain storm. They sent someone out within 2 hours to tarp my roof. Came back the next morning and gave me a fair estimate and had in completed in 2 days. Couldn't be happier.

One call roofing was amazing at renovating my bathroom. It is truly beautiful now and they did all the design, floor, reconstruction of the shower, and painting. Scott and Steve were great to work with and were incredibly attentive the entire time and easy to get ahold of. I would use them everytime I have a home renovation need.

Great response and service. They were at my home within 2 days of calling for an estimate. After the job was complete, I noticed some gutter issues that weren't there before and they sent out a gutter company to fix it. Have recommended them 3x now.

A big thanks to Jonathan for helping us work with insurance to get a new roof on our house. He made the process so easy for me. I will be calling him again if I need anything else.

One Call did a great job, were pretty quick getting done and cleaned up well afterwards. They were having some labor issues (2021) but the guys who did show up worked hard and extra hours to get it done over a weekend. We were recommended another well known roofer, but One Call beat their quote. So very happy with them

This company absolutely was the best I’ve ever done business with. They were helpful, knew their business, and did their job professionally. I’m pleased with the work they preformed and the manner they did it. Special thanks to Jonathan, Rudy and Joey for getting me through the process of dealing with my insurance company and the help they provided. A special thanks to the guys who installed my roof and did the preparation and cleanup afterwards. They did a good job.

Incredibly unprofessional company.
Hired them for chimney cap replacement, a 10-15 days job according to they sales rep / roofing consultant.
It took 54 days for them to complete the job. I had to constantly call them to get any update on what was going on.

Asked to talk with the general manager multiple times during the process, he was never available. One day after job completion I let them know I wanted to talked with the general manager before completing payment, he called me immediately just to tell me how bad other companies are and therefore I should not be complaining they took 5 times the time they advertise.

UPDATE: increasing to two stars after the manager called aggressively yelling at me for providing just 1 star.
Apparently they deserve 1 star just for providing an estimate, 1 more start for completing the job and 1 more star for staying within the quoted budget.
I am taking 1 star out for the aggressive and inappropriate call.

I noticed a roof leak during a heavy rain storm and called Jonathan Dudley at One Call. He send a crew within a few hours to cover the area until repairs could be made. He promptly followed up with a visit for scheduling repairs. He was professional while being personal. Excellent work at reasonable rates. I highly recommend One Call.

I had One Call replace the roof on 2 of my houses recently. I had the opportunity to work with Jonathan for both. He was very quick to respond and gave a competitive bid. The roofing crew worked hard and fast. I am very pleased with this company and their work!

One Call did a roof for me a few months back. Upon entering the attic I noticed the dryer vent was blowing into the attic. I asked them to come fix it, some guy came and looked and claimed to fix it. He didn’t. They come back again, tell me someone is going to call me because that particular person needs to fix it. That person fixes it (so I thought). It wasn’t blowing into the house anymore so I thought all was fixed. Recently my dryer gave an error saying it was 80% blocked. We inspect and turns out they capped off and roofed over the dryer vent exit on the roof. This is a major fire hazard. And yet I still can’t get them to come repair it.

I would never use this company again and word NOT recommend anyone else use them.
I had One Call come out and repair the roof on my sun room. Within 9 months, the roof started leaking. When I called them about it, the receptionist told me twice that their "expert" would call me back. Never heard a word from them again. On the second call she told me they only warranted the work for 6 months; now I know why.

I had to get another roofing company to come in and replace the roof. When they did, they discovered that not only did One Call install the drip edge flashing wrong (the main reason for the leak) but that the ice/rain barrier they used was an old fashion cheap one. They showed me the one they would be using which was a high tech material that sealed much better. Also, the second company charged me LESS than Once Call did for the same work.

One Call is a world class organization. The team from the initial consultation to the work done was absolutely amazing. The did a great job on the roof and provided quality customer service! I really appreciate the entire team for their work!

These guys were great to work with. Our roof was replaced in a day's time and it looks great. Really nice people to work with. I would highly recommend them.

I contacted One Call to help repair my grandmother's roof after a leak developed from all the crazy weather we've had the past few weeks. They were prompt from start to finish, and even offered a 6 month warranty where other companies wouldn't cover for half that time! The office staff were very polite in helping coordinate with my grandmother's schedule when she preferred to be home in case there was anything else that came up. Highly reccomend to anyone looking for a local roofer who is straight forward and gets the job done!

Having ones home dismantled and repaired is always stressful for the homeowner. I have utilized the services of "One Call" for two major repair jobs over the last years time frame. The first job entailed replacement of the pan and tile in my master bath shower, due to a leak that appeared on my family room ceiling. Tear out of the tile, pan and subfloor can be hectic, but the end result was professionally done. Additionally both tubs (master and guest bath) had to have there drains replaced. The guest bath was an easy fix. The master bath drain required a hole to be cut in the ceiling in my family room, in order to gain access to the drain pipe. The repair was made from the underside of my whirlpool tub. The ceiling was repaired and painted and looks great. Great job by a great crew.

My second repair by "One Call" was to repair a leaking roof inside my screened in porch, adjacent to my chimney. After several attempts to isolate the leak and making repairs that did not resolve the leak, "one Call" assured me that they would stand behind their warranty work, and they did. Major sections of my porch roof and chimney were dismantled and repaired. I'm happy to say that my leaks are gone.

I was very pleased with the crews that came to fix both of my jobs. I never had a problem with any employees. They treated my house, myself and even my dog with upmost professionalism.

Only complaint that I initially had was with communication., but that was quickly resolved after I received some key cell phone numbers.

I was told that I was very patient during my two jobs. I believe you get what you expect if you show a little courtesy to those individuals working for you.

I would recommend this business with 100% confidence that they will get your job done right at a good price. There was never a time that someone did not answer my call. Anytime I called they responded. They did an AMAZING job on my new roof, insulating my attic, and installing gutters where they where needed. I love this place and will be using them for now on. Went to the Home Show at BJCC last year with the intent of finding a contractor. Came away with confidence that One Call was my best option. They provided intermediary communications with my insurance company, replaced my roof, finished my soffit/fascia and installed new gutters all to my standards and satisfaction.

After being denied several times by our insurance company for wind damage caused by a storm, we decided to allow One Call Roofing to represent us and deal with our insurance company. Mark and his team were able accomplish something(get approval from our insurance company to repair our roof) in just a few weeks that took us (unsuccessfully) to do in almost a year. This company has truly been a blessing to us! We now have a BEAUTIFUL roof that was professionally installed.

Also, we were pleased with the work crew. The job foreman was constantly walking around inspecting the work, picking up nails and other debris, and answering my thousands of questions. He was very nice and knowledgeable. After the job was completed, the workers did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves.

Before I end this post, please allow me to re-emphasize this: If your claim has been denied by your insurance agent/company, contact One Call Roofing, they have the experience and know-how to go beyond your local agent. In our case, they took our case to the corporate office and fought for us. The only thing that my husband and I had to do was to pick out our new shingles. I found Mark and the manager office to be very honest and knowledgeable people.

Guys, PLEASE allow this company to bless you the way they have us.

Excellent service. One Call installed a new roof on our home in one day. They also repaired our deck that was damaged during a storm. Very professional, on time and high quality work. We highly recommend One Call!

Very happy with the customer service. Even had response on a Sunday! Had roof damage from hurricane and they were helpful in getting roof repaired. Also, reasonably priced. Very thankful to have a good company where you feel taken care of!

If anyone needs a new roof call One Call Remodel! It was the smoothest process ever! Chad Davis came by and had me pick out the color I wanted and then he set everything up. The guys did such a fabulous job on the roof and were extremely nice! They cleaned everything up so well that the yard and flower beds looked better than they did before they came to install the new roof! Hands down 5 STARS!!

I contacted one called about a hot attic and upper room temperature. Even though it turned out to be way above my budget they went above and beyond to provide me with the most honest information and suggestions to rectify my problem. One Call repaired a leak in my roof which involved major chimney repair several years ago and I couldn't be happier with the results. I was impressed with their attention to detail and follow-through and have had no problems with leaking since. When I decided to update my house this year, there was absolutely no question who I would call to complete the project! They were accessible and involved and their top priority is always customer satisfaction. Great company!!!

Scott Willis and his crews from One Call did a fabulous job tearing down an old deck, replaced with a new design including a roof, extended patio beyond the deck and a beautiful retaining wall (the neighbors who can see it most love it). I would highly recommend One

Ady did an excellent job taking care of my small roof leak from a recent storm. Did an inspection and fixed me up in no time without trying to up sell me on anything. When it comes time for a new roof I know who I’ll be calling.

Lightning hit our house 7/1 and left a large hole in the roof, One Call was out and tarped the roof to minimize damage in a hour. They met with insurance adjuster and helped with insurance. They will also be repairing the inside damage as well as the roof. Love this company.

Steve and his team are amazing!! We had an entire inspection list from the sale of our home done in a day! Very professional and personable. Steve made sure the work was scheduled and completed on time (before final walkthrough) and even provided us with material not on the original quote- to make the job right. Hardy plank is hard to work with, so instead of replacing the broken boards, about 8, he replaced them all. He also replaced some damaged shingles that were not on the quote, bought extra wood and paint, and didn’t charge extra! I will be recommending One Call to all of my friends with GC needs as well as using them for future projects at our new home

I had a leak in my ceiling, so I thought it was my roof. Chris came out within 24 hours to check it out for me. He was very courteous, even removing his shoes before walking on our carpet.

He diagnosed the cause of the leak for me. It turned out to be a leak from our AC unit, and Chris didn't charge anything for his time.

I know who we'll call if we ever have roof issues! Thank you!
