I highly recommend this company On Top Service - Roofing & Chimney Services if you need your dryer vent cleaned. They were professional, polite, on time, and reasonably priced.

If we could leave more than 5 stars we would. Not only was the service efficient and expertly done, everything was explained to us thoroughly and our fireplace not only works now-it was cleaned, freshened up and left better than we could have imagined. Great guys, fair priced and our new go-to for the services they provide.

We've been customers for quite a few years now. It's mostly been dryer vent and chimney cleanings. Well, our 20 year old roof was needing replacement. I am so glad that On Top was the company that we went with. Dealing with insurance can be confusing, but Scott explained the process. I was surprised how quick it all happened. We had a new roof within days. The new roof looks incredible!

Very detailed experience! Gave a quote, worked with insurance, had several stages that were clearly outlined and provided the service with great communication. We had to work around rain, but everything was completed and very thorough!

Scott was great, did a thorough job inspecting my damage and letting me know what all my options were. Went above and beyond to let me know a lot of extra info about the condition of my new house - both the good and the bad. Scotty and his son Kendall were very professional. They did good work installing my gas log set, answered all my questions and showed me how to operate everything. Great fireplace service from Scott and his team. Gas fireplace pilot wouldn't stay lit, despite cleaning and adjusting. After several attempts to fix it, we determined a new pilot and gas assembly was needed. He made the repair, quickly and professionally, and refurbished the logs and embers to the fireplace looks and works like new. Highly recommend On Top Service and Scott for anything to do with your gas fireplace and chimney.

On Top Service built a large shiplap fireplace, including a mantle and installation of the electric fireplace, hung my tv and built a mudroom. They did a great job and I’m extremely happy with their work. I recommend them and will definitely be working with them again.

Scott from "On top service" was one of the most professional chimney's and fireplace expert I ever met in my life.
He made a very detailed inspection of both of my fireplaces. Explained all the problems which might arise with the flaws on the construction and possible rotten frames.
He provided different estimates for different types of work. Likewise for 1-st stage, which needs to be repaired as fast as possible, for 2nd stage for "nice to have" improvements.
And he spent a lot of time with explaining what is done properly, and what needs attention.
I totally recommend that company to have your fireplace inspected , fixed, maintained or replaced.
He is the true expert.

Not just your typical chimney cleaning service of brushing and hauling away ash. Scott's inspection was very detailed, not done in a way where it seemed like he was fishing for extras. A true report with options, and immediate repairs if needed.

On Top Service repaired and repainted the trim around the outside of our chimney and also refurbished the firebox and repositioned the gas logs to the back so the fireplace would draft properly. I highly recommend Scott. I recently moved to Texas and needed a chimney sweep and duct cleaning. Scott was responsive and did a great job. You can tell he has good values and work ethic. Fair and honest, doesn’t skip details and wants to make sure I was a happy customer. We got to talking and he gave some good ideas to update my fireplace. We had him redo the fireplace and kitchen backsplash with herringbone tile. Very satisfied with every aspect of it. I will be a repeat customer whenever I need anything done with chimney, ducts or tile-work.

After reading reviews for Chimney inspection companies, we decided to go with On Top. Technician was definitely thorough and pointed out several unforseen issues regarding chimney safety and code updates. There was no pressure for a sale but we excepted the bid and a schedule for work to start. We had new gas logs and a new chimney cap installed. Also since we had just purchased a new washer and dryer so we had our dryer vent cleaned while they were here. Boy was that needed. Tech was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and cleaned up the work area. On Top may not be the cheapest but they are highly recommended.

I can not say enough great things about the service we received from On Top Service. We just bought our home and had issues with the gas igniting, as well as not having logs. We received another estimate from Master Services who was going to charge us $1000 more but they didn’t explain anything and I felt they cared about my pocket more than the fire safety of my home. Scott came out, gave me an estimate, and fixed the igniter immediately. I got an estimate for a complete chimney makeover and new logs, his price was competitive and his attention to detail was top notch. He completed the log refurbish and chimney makeover within 3 days. I ordered my own mantel, so am waiting until tomorrow for them to completely finish. I am absolutely ecstatic and love the stone work he recommended. I will absolutely be using On Top Service for all future cleanings. To top it all off, he even cleaned my dryer vents for free. Thank you so much!!!!
