We needed to replace our roof of 25 years. I had received bids from 3 other companies, a friend had told Greg that I was looking for a roofing contractor. Greg called me that same evening and was at my house by 10:00am the next morning. Greg did a thorough inspection of my roof. Of all the contractors, Greg was the only one that actually went into the attic to look for any signs of moister damage.

Additionally, I had tree damage to a carport. All of the previous bidders said that they would patch the damage while doing the roof job. Greg looked at the damage and showed me that there were several places that water had caused damage requiring the entire carport roof to be replaced. None of the other contractors even looked for additional damage.

I am 100% satisfied with Greg and On Top Roofing. The roof looks great, his crew was very efficient and cleaned everything well. I have already recommended OTR to 2 others so far.

In the span of a week we went from finding a wet mark forming on the ceiling in our primary bedroom to a full on leak breaking through and water flowing in. I found On Top Roofing on Christmas night when our problems were the worst and Greg was quick to answer and willing to take time out of his holiday to talk through and help determine if we were in need of an emergency call out or if we could wait until the following day. Greg not only made this whole situation less painful to deal with but he educated us along the way. Our temporary tarp was poorly installed by another company which caused it to fail on Christmas. Greg had a crew out the next morning to correctly install the tarp to get us dried up and situated until we could have it repaired. While inspecting the roof it was found that not only was there an issue which was only roofed over rather than repaired prior to us buying the house, the roof that was installed also before we bought the house was just put on over another roof, there was no flashing, and under both roofs there was no sheets of plywood. Rather than just repair the leak we decided it would be best to just replace the roof because with everything we found out, we didn't have confidence or trust in it at all. On Top Roofing got us fixed up with a new roof in one day and in only a little over a week of first getting in touch with them. While the news wasn't the best and it was a rough situation over the holidays, it was made easier and less stressful by Greg and his team. Not only is the quality of work great but also I feel like it was done with professionalism and great knowledge. I also can tell Greg is honest because he helped access the situation and told me he didn't see it as an emergency on Christmas night and that he would recommend saving the emergency call out fees and have it go to the repairs. Many other companies would had easily taken advantage of a situation like this and happily would have done the emergency call out with no questions asked or would have recommended to do so. The cost was also reasonable considering roof replacements aren't cheap. I would highly recommend this roofing company and will use them again for anything we need in the future!

Greg is absolutely great. I called at 7:45 PM because I had a roof leak after the storm and water was coming into my bedroom. He got right back to me, made time for me the next morning, and had it figured out and fixed in less than two hours. 10/10! On Top will be my go-to from now on.

I contacted Greg at 3:05pm to see about an estimate for a leak in our roof. The leak caused damage to our ceiling and there was rain coming into our bathroom! He sent his guys right over!! Greg was timely, knowledgeable, communicative and honest. His team replaced the torch-down roof (and replaced multiple sheets of damaged roof sheeting) on my connected garage, as well as the shingled roofs on both my home and toolshed, all in two days. They also converted the roof vents to a ridge-line vent. The materials used are highest quality and everything looks great. After a several sets of back to back rainy days with some wind mixed in, it's all sealed and working perfectly, as I expected. I definitely recommend them.

When it was time to replace my 20-year-old roof, I got estimates from 6 different roofing companies. I made sure to get one from On Top Roofing because of how responsive and cost-efficient they were when I had an emergency roof leak earlier in the year.

Their bid for a new roof was competitive and comprehensive, and I knew the Malarkey shingles they use are among the best in the industry, especially for use in PNW weather.

When they finished the roof, they were meticulous about their clean-up, and I couldn't see any evidence they'd even been there except for my beautiful new roof. Is it wrong to be so excited about a new roof? It looks amazing and I feel confident it will protect my home for many, many years to come.

We had some minor leaking through our metal roof and Greg for OTR came by to inspect. His recommendation was a re-screw as the roof was well over 30 year without ever having that done. He went so far as to show me on the roof what the issue was. His bid for the job was very competitive and we gladly awarded OTR the job. They got it done within the week and only took them one day. Most importantly, it solved the issue! OTR is an honest, competent, and hardworking company. 5 stars!!!!!

Greg was at my house on Monday and thoroughly inspected my roof plus took a look at my attic. He explained why my roof was in a sad state and said how he could fix it and what materials he would use and what venting system he recommended for the weather conditions at my location. He was willing to negotiate in view of another bid from a different company. His crew arrived at 8:15 on Thursday morning. By 5:00 my old roof was gone and I had a new one with all associated problems solved and old plywood replaced where needed. This was included in the bid. At one point I counted 8 men on top of my roof all working in concert with each other. Clean up was grand. All friendly and respectful workmen. Highly recommended.

I was calling around to different roofing companies to see if I could get a hold of a few shingles to put on my wood steps on my porch. I called On Top Roofing LLC explained what I needed and that I was willing to pay for the shingles. The gentleman that I talk to said no problem he wasn’t going to charge me and he was actually going to drop them off at my house. I wasn’t expecting them for free, and I definitely wasn’t expecting him to deliver them to me. I will say their customer service is top-notch.

I noticed a small leak spot in my kitchen ceiling. Called on Saturday, talked to Greg and he scheduled an inspection on Monday. Showed up in the morning. Determined it was probably a gutter issue versus roofing issue. Cleaned my gutters while up on the roof. Charged me a very minimal fee. Very personable guy, professional, and knowledgeable.

When the roofing material we chose was not immediately available, he upgraded us to a higher quality material at no extra charge. Using higher quality materials (such as better underlayment and hot dipped nails) is "On Tops" standard practice, unlike other roofing companies who charge extra for it. We received bids from other roofing companies that were a lot more expensive, yet they used lower quality materials.
We feel fortunate to have received a better quality roof for a much more competitive price. Talk with Greg and get a bid from "On Top Roofing" before you hire a roofing company!

These guys showed up on time, and did a great job! Couldn’t be happier with my new carport roof. After the old roof was as torn off we discovered a bunch of rot. On Top Roofing was able to roll with it and replace the rot to get the job done right.
