Very disappointed with Top Notch Home Inspection. Despite their name, the service was far from top-notch. The inspector overlooked several critical issues, including roof damage and electrical problems, which ended up costing me a lot in repairs later. The report was generic and lacked detail, and when I reached out with concerns, I got little to no response. I trusted them to do a thorough job, but they completely let me down. I would not recommend their services.

We needed a sewer camera inspection right away with short notice because our sewer camera was in the shop and Alex was able to come the next day. He was on time, knowledgeable and friendly. We needed to video link asap and he had it to me in just a couple hours! Highly recommend :)

I've used Top notch three times already for home inspections, and they are exactly that! Top Notch. Robbie and his team are very professional, and through in the inspection. He is also super chill and willing to answer questions that you have. They were easy to get a hold of when we had and hiccup in scheduling. Luckily we still got it done on time, but still knowing they would work with us was helpful. Report also comes out by the next day, nice interactive digital report with good pictures. For your home and building inspections I highly recommend Robbie and Top Notch.

Top Notch is an exceptional company, Robbie the owner and his crew are very professional, timely, and did a very thorough job with my home inspection. Their report was very detailed, with clear pictures and descriptions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone or any real estate agent.

We were working on buying our first home and selected Top Notch Home Inspection as a recommendation from our realtor. 3 really skilled, informative, and friendly inspectors came out to look at home. They inspected almost 2000 SF of home, attic, garage, and crawlspace in about 2 hours. We opted for the additional sewer scope as well. To no fault of their own, they couldn't get their camera fed through the complex sewer piping and didn't ask us to pay for that.

We got a very nice, detailed report from them through their website that evening and were able to continue on with our housing purchase because of it.

I felt that the team we had to come out to inspect our soon-to-be new home was a well oiled machine. They worked well together, had great communication to be sure nothing was overlooked, they were heartfelt and honest when talking to us about things they found of concern. Their report was well written and had good detail. I was very pleased and felt that the money was well worth it. People talk a lot of crap about home inspectors. Theses guys don't fit that bill, they were fantastic! 10/10

Keenan and Top Notch are the best Home Inspectors in Centralia/Chehalis. They have a great website that made it easy to schedule an appointment. I received feedback quickly prior to making the appointment when I was getting bids. Only one other company responded but they were not as responsive as I would expect from a business.
Keenan arrived early and started immediately, he let me know what his process is and where he starts. I stayed in the house while he did the outside inspection. When something was important, he brought it to my attention immediately. While inspecting the inside we could chat while he worked. He is a very friendly and helpful person.
After he finished his inspection, he let me know when I should expect the full report which was a couple hours after the inspection.
There was a serious issue that my agent contacted him about, she asked if he could come back out to take new photos once repaired and he said, yes. I'm not sure if I need to pay more for that or not.
They are an excellent company; I highly recommend Keenan and Top-Notch Home Inspections.
