The team, led by Tim, handled the repair with precision and care, and the quality of the work really stood out. Don't waste your time. Had them out for an estimate for a job, never heard anything. Called back a week later and was told my estimate will be ready by the end of the week. Nothing. Called back 3 more times over the next few weeks, and each time was given the runaround. "Oh let me look into that for you and we'll get back to you". If you're looking to waste your time, this is the company for you. If you're looking for a roofing project to get completed, better call someone else.

I recommend this company for any roofing requirement you may have. Pricing was very competitive, communication was prompt and the final completed product is outstanding. The crew was professional, knowledgeable and very detail oriented. They arrived when expected, completed the job on time and were very particular on the cleanup. Our neighbor used them as well.

We had an excellent experience with On Top Roofing from start to finish. They provided us with options for roofing material that fit what we were looking for. Once we selected our shingle type, scheduling was easy and they arrived on time. The crew was respectful of our property and worked quickly. Our job had some old hot water solar panels that they removed for us and even repaired some adjacent siding. We are very happy with the results and there were no surprises upon completion which was refreshing. We would definitely recommend On Top Roofing.

I reached out to On Top Roofing, because they did an excellent job on the roof of a triple decker in Worcester that my dad used to own. We had a complex job after a previous contractor's poor workmanship led to a major leak, which led to extensive water damage and lots of mold.

Tim worked well with me in explaining my options, helped me to troubleshoot other roof related issues, and come up with a good solution. The job was extra complicated in that the roof install needed to coordinate with the install of the siding and the windows. Tim was able to work with me and the siding/ window contractor, to make sure that the project was done in the correct order to ensure no further leaks.

Despite the complicated nature of this particular project. Tim and his crew were able to get the job done in a timely manner and maintain good communication throughout. I just went outside and walked the easily accessible rubber roof that was done almost a year ago and it still is looking great, with no obvious issues.

On Top Roofing gave me an excellent price for my job. They showed up at 7AM sharp and worked for almost 12 hours until the job was complete. The foreman (Matt) was always there and addressed all of my questions and concerns. They were always respectful of my property and covered all hedges, my freshly painted bulkhead AND my new deck. In addition they moved all outdoor furniture away from the house. When they were done, everything was back as it was when they started. The cleanup left the area immaculate. In addition, Alise in the office was extremely communicative and updated me on all changes agreed to and maintained constant contact.

Working with Tim, Matt and the rest of the staff at On Top Roofing was great from beginning to end of the project. The office took care of any all paperwork needed and on site the project manager was professional and kept me informed of what was going on and if there was anything additional for work that was needed to be completed and explained everything from beginning to completion.

We had a handfull of repairs we expected to do this year, and replacing the roof was not one of them! Ontop Roofing was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They quoted our roof and gave us a great price, and did an amazing job of getting the job scheduled way ahead of when we originally expected it to be completed- which was super important considering the cold weather was closing in quickly. Alise in the office was one of the sweetest people I have ever had the pleasure to work with, and I was admittedly a little sad when the job was done! She really made the process a joy =). Tim came out during the actual repair and was also awesome to work with! Our roof ended up taking two days to do due to the short daylight hours, but they did a good job buttoning up until they could get back out and finish it up promptly. I am very pleased with my experience with On Top Roofing! I had a tree come down on my house and put several holes in my roof. They were easily to work with and friendly. Other companies that quoted me for this repair tried to over sell me on other unnecessary things. They replaced all the shingles and broken wood on that one particular slope. Tim was honest and quoted a fair amount for the job. His crew worked quickly, did a good job, and left no mess on my lawn! They even put wood between my driveway and their dumpster so it wouldn’t scratch. I will be calling them for any of my future roofing needs.

I had this company do some repairs on my roof. Even though it was just a small job for them they treated me like is was a big job.

I watched the workers carefully as I have done some roofing myself.

They did an excellent job and I'll be having them do an 80' long roof on my barn.

We had our roof done last week by On Top. Can not say enough about this Co. When Tim came with presentation and estimate we knew this was the Co for us. Mike and his crew showed up on time and completed the job in one day, and the yard was left clean. Alise kept us informed about all details. What a pleasure doing business with them.

Tim was very timely and knowledgeable about flat roofs and roofs in general. His quotation was emailed to me and accepted online. The technicians found more that needed to be done while doing the job and did it. On Top Roofing did not charge me for this additional work. I appreciate their attention to detail and highly recommend for their experience and quality of work.

Had moisture issues in the attic. Tim came out promptly and came up with a ventilation solution. His team was professional and did a great job. The guy on site even reminded me to clean out my dryer vent after he noticed it was clogged up!

When my husband had a question about part of the job , Mike explained it to him very professionally and made sure he had a good understanding. Roofing in front of house needed to be replaced. Called Tim at On Top Roofing and was given an appointment within days. Alise, the office manager kept ongoing communication with us. Tim gave us a reasonable estimate and to our surprise, the roof installation was done sooner than expected. Very pleased with how the day of the installation went. Men arrived very early in the morning, covered sides of house along with bushes. Job was done by early afternoon. All debris was thoroughly picked up. Highly recommend this company.

After 3 different professionals who did other work on my home all mentioned ON TOP ROOFING when I asked if they knew of a good roofing company, I had ON Top out for an estimate.. I asked for the cost and contract in writing BEFORE signing anything. ( ANY company not willing to do that should be AVOIDED !!! Another roofing company offered 5k off the price ONLY if I signed on that SAME day. Their price was literally twice the cost of ALL other estimates.

(I was also cautioned by 2 of the professionals working in my home to avoid the VERY SIMILAR sounding roofing company . I was told NOT mix the 2 companies up)
We had 2 very heavy rainfalls since the roof and seamless gutters were done . No leaks anywhere.
The customer service has also been beyond excellent.!
ON TOP was not the cheapest price I recieved BUT nowhere near the most expensive either.
Oh, and just incase your wondering, I NEVER EVER take ANY kind if kick back or promo for ANY of my reviews ( nor was any offered). There are way too many " honest" paid reviews out there.

The On Top crew did an amazing job putting a new roof on our house and shed in just one day. The new roof has made our house look fantastic. The supervisor that was on site all day was very helpful and responsive to my requests. They protected my house and plants during the job and thoroughly cleaned up everything at the end of the day.

Not impressed, I had "On Top Roofing" install a de-icing cable, I accepted the quotation to install 100 linear feet cable and thermostat, which was on the high end, thinking I am getting professional installation, to my surprise, the guys that show up didn't know anything about de-icing cable/thermostat. After 3 months of back and forth, I ended up with 75 feet cable, no thermostat, and the invoice (minus their cost of the cheap thermostat). I would not recommend them for installing de-icing cable.

I called On Top Roofing initially for a quote on a couple of repairs, and they were very knowledgeable for what the causes of the issues were, and were able to address them at a reasonable price. They were a little booked up, and weather wasn't always cooperative, but they always communicated any updates on scheduling. They also didn't try to over-sell me, and were honest about the condition of my roof, which I always appreciate.

On Top Roofing was amazing. They went above and beyond helping us work through a situation that involved a very poor installation of the roof on the house we bought claiming to have a new roof. The house was a flip and it boasted new roof which turned out to be the worst installation On Top Roofing as well as another reputable company had ever seen. Nothing about it was up to code and eventually leaked like a sieve. They worked with our lawyer as well as installed a new roof. The workers were polite, careful, and the cleanup was great. I told them if it is also bat proof I would give them 6 stars. It should be bat proof as well so if I could photoshop a 6th star I would! When we had a question post installation they came right out and answered our question. Can't say enough good about them. Honest, good people in an industry, not unlike others, that has some bad apples.

I had a leak in my chimney due to lack of sealant from a previous repair (different company). On Top Roofing was able to easily identify the problem from a few photos that I sent and checking out my roof/chimney. They were easily able to add the proper sealant on and fix the previous repair quickly! I will absolutely use them again for any roofing needs.

I live in Auburn, MA. I’ve heard horror stories from family and friends about their new roofs leaking, terrible clean up, bad attitudes, etc...and I wanted no part of that kind of experience! Tim, Jessalin, Josh, and ESPECIALLY the hard working and very thorough ROOFERS made my experience a very pleasant one. My roof looks AMAZING. I’ve received so many compliments. I chose Owens Corning Duration shingles and ALL of the materials used were OC, I verified it myself, which is imperative if you want the shingle company to honor their warranty!! Tim provides a 10 year warranty on his installation. I’m SO SO HAPPY that I went with On Top!! Please do yourself a favor and go with the best.

The roof on my new home was nearing the end of its lifespan and I wanted to start from scratch, so Josh came out and gave me a reasonable estimate to strip everything down to bare wood and replace it all. That was April 3. I was told to expect mid-May but a spot opened up and I had a crew at my house today (April 18). The crew of 8 guys had everything stripped by 9am and everything replaced and their equipment packed up before 1pm.

It'll obviously be a while to notice any problems, but I doubt I'll have any. Quality work!

The service and the new skylight are great. We were told that the skylight would be replaced in 4 to 6 weeks from the of the agreement and they delivered with in that time frame. The guys that did the replacement were wonderful. They were done within 3 hours on a very cold day.
