Unfortunately our several phone calls/voicemails and letter have brought no response.
In view of his failure to complete his contract commitment to us we would not use his service.
He gave us his invoice which we paid in full despite the fact that he had not completed the work as promised.

I have worked with Jay Langway on several projects and each time I have been amazed with his attention to detail and his good communication. From an apartment renovation to a higher-end house flip, Jay and his guys did everything from installing cabinets, trim, and doors, to impeccably caulking and painting everything for a beautiful finished home. I highly recommend C. Langway and Sons!

Jay Langway did a good job repairing an exterior area of our house that had suffered some hidden water damage. Part of that job involved painting two coats of paint on the new clapboards he installed to make repairs. Since the weather was turning colder, he said he would return in the spring to finish, and he gave us his invoice which we paid in full despite the fact that he had not completed the work as promised. Unfortunately our several phone calls/voicemails and letter have brought no response. In view of his failure to complete his contract commitment to us we would not use his services again nor would we recommend his services to others.

Jay and his crew are wonderful! They are amazingly precise, clean, trustworthy and professional. Jay has done a great job with a kitchen and bath remodel as well as whole house painting. I went away for a weekend and came home to a complete change. I would recommend C. Langway and Sons without reservation.

Wow. I am so impressed with Jason and his staff. I purchased a house over the past summer and had to have wall paper striped, resurfaced and painted in two room and a hallway (with stairs). He told me actually what the job would entail, the time it would take, the amount and he went above and beyond what I could have even imagined. He removed the popcorn ceiling and made it awesome.

We have an old house and it has a lot of the old charm such as a cedar window seat. The previously owners painted shut the hinges on the seat so you could not use the cedar chest. Jason took the time to remove all the paint and reinstalled them without causing damage to the chest or having to use new hinges (since the hinges were probably originals from the 1930’s).

There were a few additions I requested as the job went along and he was happy to oblige and the additional cost was reasonable. They are extremely professional, timely, hard working (with long hours to complete the job on time), his staff were all very polite and his knowledge is exceptional. You are not getting a just a painter. You are getting a designer with about 100 years of family experience.
